A few years ago, I found an old .50 BMG cartridge on a public beach, brass cased, marked "SL 42" on the bottom, within 25 miles of Cape Henlopen, Delaware. It had been fired and was rusty. I think that the SL 42 means Spring Labs 1942 but am not sure...can anybody help me with this?

Mystery round looks too stubby and looks too tapered to be a 7.62x54R. Looks like 8mm Lebel to me.

The ammo at 0.18 on the right is lebel Ammo.
You can find it on the internet if you want to know more about it. :P

the round which you didn't undentify is 7.62x54R

i wanna say that round on the right at 0:18 is a 7.92 Kurz used in the StG44 but I can't be certain

@graysonator123 no it's much larger then the 7.92x33, which casing is also in the video.
