So what's the deal with the State Line Restaurant? If part of the restaurant is located in Texas and the other part is in New Mexico, who decides what gets taxed? (New Mexico has no sales tax while Texas does)

Plus, what happens if a crime is committed on the premises? Since more than one state is involved here, a simple bar fight could turn into an FBI case.

The $20 fee is for your tourist card or work card if you are doing buisness in Mexico If you go visit a manufactuing plant they need to see the cared from Imigratiion before they let you into the plant
