Hey Slack, funny thing happened to me in the stalker warehouse during my hardcore run awhile back. I made the area by the hack panel my stand off point too and the game threw me a total curve ball. The vent behind me blew and a slasher popped out and grabbed me and as I was fighting him off a stalker rammed me, luckily I had 2 medium med packs on me but the game continued to throw 5 more slashers & 3 pukers. I made it out with no ammo left got to the beginning of Ch7 saved and was like I'm out.

Yep. That's exactly what's supposed to happen. The game is scripted so that if you try to speed run through this stalker warehouse without killing all the stalkers, there'll be an endless spawn of Slashers from the vent behind the hack panel. I discovered that the hard way too.

Hey slack, how do you feel about games today having almost zero manuals?

I bought Batman Arkham City and when i looked for a manual, i was suprised to see an advertisment.

Most games today, if they come with a manual its a one to three pages long manual and covers mainly warranty and other stuff.

hey slack, did you know at 6:35 there is a threshold that stalkers will not pass. u can lure the stalkers next to it and get some cheap kills. im not sure if it works on the pc,i play on ps3. i use that on hardcore, it works great.

Yes I knew that. That's the trigger line that deactivates the Stalker's rush. And as long as you stay across that line, no more Stalkers will rush until you cross the line and go back in the warehouse again. But I think instead of trying to exploit that trigger line as a tactic (which is very tedious, yes I tried it before), it would be a lot easier to simply camp by the stasis recharge station, no?

just a suggestion but i thought this would be really awesome/funny:

make a video after you finish with all the hardcore run videos of peewee using the hand cannon (the weapon you get for completing hardcore).

Unfortunately, you don't get the Hand Cannon in the PC version because of the save counter glitch. The only way around that is to apply the patch (which dumps all the DLC items in the store) or beat Hard Core all in one shot (without doing ANY saves whatsoever). So I didn't get the Hand Cannon when I completed this run because I didn't apply the patch. Listen to my commentary in the Chapter 3 video for complete details on that.
