@nzzyz. not had that issue with mine. but then, i dont use the 3.5mm headjack. ots said that using this damage the connections on the motherboard or something. if mine ever goes faulty, ill get it fixed under warrenty .

@xNzzyz hello, there were some early issues effecting some devices but it was not universal and a new production process also has now removed that issue. Equally, any one that does come across a fault can have this repaired quickly. Thanks.
