  • for those who encountered a "can't locate the file" or something, you need to install tasksel first: "~$ sudo apt-get install tasksel"

  • simple and easy. good work............

  • Great video mate keep it up. :)

  • ok it got cut off at the end, so how do i use this for minecraft? :)

  • will this work for minecraft!?!? REPLY :D

  • This helped me greatly! Thanks. My hosting company has terrible support.

  • Another tip, if you use sudo -i you can temporarily log in as root *Even though it's disabled* and make it a root terminal

  • Is this free? As in, can I set up a local server for free? Can I set up a website on the said local server? Can I use Slackware and Arch Linux for my server?

  • Great video! Nicely explained! Subscribed.

  • I will assume you are using Ubuntu as your operating system. Is the account you are using the first account setup on your operating system? Do you have a password set for the user? If you open the terminal up and type "groups" (without quotes) and hit enter what groups does your user account belong to?

  • Nicely explained, basic tutorial, well I had some more problems beginning this, especially using sudo...it did not accept my password and hence I couldn't do that ... anyway I'll try again using this and then further comment ..
