A front mounted heavy V12 in a RWD sedan, mean they will have to make a comprimise-suspension from the start, just to cope with the natural tendency to understeer the weight distrubution will give!

Ex. The SL63 is said to drive much better than its big brother SL65, which weights 150 kg more (most at the front)!

But with that said...there is a special undefined feeling about a V12!

And cars are about feelings!

@Jorell1000 It wasnt/isn't illegal, it's just a m120 after all. The 7.3 after appearing on the R129 SL73 was later used in the Mercedes CLK-GTR (race and road version) and later, was given to Pagani for their Zonda (Pagani modified it ofcourse), which also is road legal as we know... Thing is, the M120 was already quite an old piece of design by 2002, and it was traded in for more efficient m275, which was more versatile, and could be easier used in more Mercedes models. Hope I explained normaly
