I cant remember the song name but I think the opening lyric is something like 'She came all the way from America....' I may be wrong but I am certain he has covered at least ONE Finn song. After all, the man is a fan of his music.
i heard paul dempsey does a 'stunning' cover of this on the new finn brothers tribute album. i think it was specifically made paul to cover it, can not wait to hear it.
My favorite song. Of all time. Right here.. Here it is... One of the only songs that can truly bring tears to my eyes. No matter where you're from, his music can remind you of the simplest... saddest things. Of home, of family. They don't have to be sad things either... Just moving ones...
Sessions at West 54th are probably the best live performances done in his whole career. That's not to understate the consistency and quality Neil Finn has live.

One of the best songwriters of his gerenation. When Elton covers your songs, you know you've arrived......

This entire album is affecting and moving. I'm glad he's underrated. He wouldn't be understood by most.

@adamstokke Well said! I think the same goes for most underrated artists.

One of Neil's finest downbeat songs (and he's had a few matching that description).

Imagine if your dad was Neil Finn. I bet the family parties are great singalongs.

Why haven't the rest of the crowdies found this video? seriously, this live version makes this song more of a masterpiece than it already was.
