In case you don't know by now, it's a Japanese(only) video game in the form of 100% anime. It's the 2nd in a series of 4 such games, each completely independent of the others. All in the series are pretty much love + suspense stories. They were first made for the Playstation, but have been remade for the PSP as well.
The stories are all from the point of view of some male within the context of Japanese culture, but are nevertheless still interesting and involved stories. There's no English name for this one, but it might be translated as something like "Embrace(hug) the Season(s)".

I think there exists an official translated version for each of the four, with a Chinese user interface, and Chinese subtitles.
I have no clue whether there are English versions though.

Look for "Yarudora Kisetsu o Dakishimete", or やるドラ 季節を抱きしめて
Imo it is the most sentimetally provoking story of the four, albeit somewhat "empty".
