@davidtaidawei Polygel35 is a 2 part rubber compound so you mix equal parts A and B. For more information check out the DVDs on our webstore or download the PDF manual on our webstore.
Lol viewer 88,888. I want to make myself a Freddy Krueger mask, but I obviously don't have that face structure. Any help or tips as to how I can go about doing this?
I'm just curious I want to lifecast my hands and use them as wearable gloves would it be better to use the platinum cure silicone? And what molding agent should I use?

Yes, platinum cure is best for skin contact applications. If you need a core mold use ultracal 30 or 15 series resin.

how did you make your plaster model, did you use alginate on your own face? or is this stuff safe to use on yourself?
bakerpresents 2 years ago
The cast was from a face cast using alginate and plaster bandages. PG 35 is NOT safe on the skin!!!

What is resin? xD
metalgrunger06 3 years ago
Hard plastic. Urethane resin is an almost odorless hard plastic for casting rigid parts and making support shells.

one question. can you use this for fiberglass molding?
bowelrock 3 years ago
Yes you can, provided you release the mold properly. You would probably need 2300 and PVA to get a good pull.

I like this method its very easy on the materials
