  • the gracie can thank mitsuyo maeda for teaching them jiu jitsu cause none of them would be here without the toughest man ever aka conde coma for those who do not know well look him up and learn the history of bjj

  • @fraldinhobjj you're ignorant. look up Rener Gracie Vs. Lars Wallin. It's a match where(ironically) they are both Purple belts, and Rener wins with ease, know what you're talking about before you spread your ignorance

  • Comment removed

  • @fraldinhobjj that may be true, but he isn't a competitor and doesn't need to be. That side of the family is all about SPREADING the art, not becoming or making tourney champions. Most BJJ competitors today are more wrestling than BJJ anyway, look at all those cauliflower ears, you don't see that on many of Helio Gracie's descendants

  • @lsloewen2 Thats all true but cauliflower ear doesnt mean your using strenght and wrestling, its just caused by constant rubbing x

  • too bad most high level competition purples would smoke rener. takin after uncle rickson. post all these videos of himself on the net beating up guys who dont know jiu jitsu. nice.

  • @FraldinhoBJJ

lol. Where do you get this shit from, smoke Rener? LOL. Yeah, you show me some evidence of your ridiculous claim.

  • Rener is a badman

  • @I3lip sorry, i forgot to mention rener's father, rorion, is also helping out. just goes to show that clinching someone can make a lot of difference in a fight. if the oponent doesnt knw jiu jitsu, he will keep stuggling cos his comfort zone with be punchin and kicking, and urs will be grappling :D

  • @I3lip Rener is helping the military and police force in the us to learn bjj to become more advanced in one-on-one fighting. Ther is another video in 2 parts where Rener takes on 33 officers in sparring one after the other without resting and defeats all of them. only 21 fights are shown becos the battery of the cam ran out!

btw the thing with self defence is to always get bak up wen fighting multiple guys, so just make sure ur technique is correct, finish the guy and get up straight away! :)

  • i <3 bjj to death, but there is no way im going to want to go to the ground when 3 three people are jumping my ass!

  • @ryukyukempoBjjMMA1 definately not , for that you want to learn track and field.

  • Was Rener in the military? I saw him with a US Army backpack in one of his other vids.

  • gracies're like..they have longer legs than normal people...so its easier for them to do particular techniques.

  • Though all these guys are complete noobs, even from wrestling, it's still entertaining to see Rener play around. You can almost see him thinking about what he can do to make it interesting and spectacular for the audience vs seeing how far to let the noobs struggle to understand they have no tools and are at his mercy.

That's what you get from someone who has been doing BJJ from the Gracie family every day since before he could walk.

  • lol they only survive that long because of how bad they're spazzing

  • @pessimistick

The point of sparring on the ground is to build reflexes under duress. The Gracies teach cops and soldiers mostly takedown defense, escapes, weapons retention and how to get back up to your feet. All those things are based on the principles that govern sportive grappling, it's just an exercise

  • it cracks me up when people think they can beat multiple people at once without GJJ! Too much hollywood for sure. Tell you what, get "several people' your friends and try it. See how far you get. Reality can be a bummer sometimes but can be so valuable.

  • @jeffersonr5 You mean on the ground right? Also, unless "your friends" know anything at all, you can beat them all just as quickly with wrestling, especially catch wrestling. There are even moves that never existed in BJJ originally but were taken from wrestling, e.g. Eddie Bravo's re-inventing of the "Twister" which is known as as a "guillotine" in wrestling.

In short, against noobs ANY proven training works, almost by definition.

  • Also, if you're talking purely about beating a series of noobs fast. Nothing is faster than effective striking, which means boxing. It takes surprisingly little effort and very fast time to strike the chin or temple for a knockout blow. The only reason it takes longer in the ring is because the other person is trained to avoid the knockout punch too.

If you don't believe me, I suggest you do 6mon of boxing (which is useful anyway) and watch some street fights by boxer vs noobs on Youtube.

  • @utubesqueeze Striking? Its easy to break your hand on someone's temple or jaw. Not to mention you can slice your knuckles open to the bone if you hit someone in the mouth/teeth. You better hope you knock them out after you've broken your hand. And hope they don't have a buddy. Fighting the second guy with a broken, bloody hand is no fun. Just wanted to point these little facts out.

  • @bkc0761 Of course I'm talking about real street fighting, not "reel" fighting, where you don't happen to have a pair of boxing gloves, or MMA gloves in your back pocket. And if you did the other guys give you time to put them on...

  • @bkc0761

eh? You dont really feel much pain when fighting(except body blows, it hurts) so you can keep fighting. But taking on multiple dudes is dumb anyway and if you have no choice run-away-fu is best-fu

  • @utubesqueeze but if the noob tackles the boxer down, then your both noobs on the ground and the playing field is even. where as alternatively, a noob keeping a pro jiu jitsu fighter standing up, and therefor keeping the playing field even is going to be super hard as the art incorporates tackedowns and wrestling to some degree also.

  • He's so damn fluid it's disgusting

  • I would have been dropping elbows see if rener likes it :)

  • @MIT2004 he would have broken your arm for real.

  • @MikkoTV no not really

  • @MIT2004 yes. yes really

  • @MikkoTV

    Excellent reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @MIT2004 yeah, he would have been breaking that elbow, see if you liked it :)

  • Shows how pathetic US Army Combatives (martial art developed for US soldiers) is. I've been sparring with soldiers/marines over here in Afghanistan and their training has not prepared them for BJJ (and I'm just air force). Not bashing soldiers/marines, just saying the DOD needs to respect its infantry enough to give them quality training.

  • @teamhren1000 ... Um, Rener is a WORLD CLASS grappler... OF COURSE he's going to destroy just about anyone they put in front of him. I've rolled with plenty of guys who only had taken combatives, and their instincts and foundations were solid.

  • @teamhren1000 How often do you expect a soldier to be in a situation where their primary/secondary are both unusable/out of ammo, and they don't have a knife? Aside from the fact that it takes a LONG time to become proficient in jiu jitsu, it's just not a particularly useful skillset for someone who is carrying multiple weapons at all times. Also, some of the guys in this vid could very well be blue or purple belts. I can dominate an unskilled person, but I'd look like a fool against Rener.

  • @aquaphone i'd like to see you pass Rener Gracies guard

  • 4:11 rener shot direct flight : )

  • The guys he's sparring with suck. Big deal.

  • Rener has such a beautiful guard

  • love how you can hear Rorion in the background trying to sell shit as usual.

  • GJJ is excellent for 1vs1 situations. Trouble comes when several opponents attack the GJJ guy. It's simply not designed for 1vs several, as many other martial arts are, to some extent.

  • @durizap My traditional instructor grew up in Mexico City and was assaulted many times a week. He teaches us that as soon as you are stuck on the ground, the fight is over. Absolutely correct, bjj is perfect against one person,-who just happens to be unarmed and not striking. Also, why go for complex and difficult moves when simple defenses such as finger and toe breaks alonside eye gouging, pressure points, and throat strikes do worse with less effort.

  • @durizap

If several people attack any one person, the chances of that person winning is slim regardless of their fighting discipline. That said, intentionally fighting on the ground is a bad idea for the street. Striking and throwning is a better strategy. Problem is that you'll probably end up on the ground anyway and who do you think is going to win that battle? The seasoned judoka, wrestler or BJJ guy or some guy whose technique is too deadly to train against a resisting opponent?

  • @bryjitsu I aggree, BJJ is a win art 1vs1on the ground. But it's hard to bring several people to the ground and keeping a grab on them all at once :)

  • @durizap true. It's also hard to keep several people from hitting you or taking you down.

  • @bryjitsu i agree, but striking against multiple people standing up is difficult. the lesson is that a 1vsN--N being greater than 1--your chances are very slim. Still, it's good to know GJJ as it can save your life if you're fighting one person and the fight goes to the ground.

  • @durizap If an art cannot deal with a single person grappling, even to a low standard, then the "multiple opponents" argument is redundant the second one of those multiple opponents shoots a double leg, pins you down, and has his friends head stop you. The only "anti-grappling" is grappling.

  • @durizap You arent going to beat several people anyway dummy.

  • @TheChoada What a mature response. Full of argumentation.

It all depends on the situation. A well trained WT guy, will take down several untrained guys. While a BJJ guy, wouldn't stand much chance, as lying on the ground, will be 100% in their favor.

I love BJJ btw, I love the fact that they are able to win matches, where they often show up to be the guy with most blue marks, but nevertheless wins. It's a fairly "peacefull" martial art, which I endorse.

  • @durizap Do you actually think a BJJ guy would lie on the floor while trying to fight several opponents? So you think they are as dumb as you are? And no, a well trained striker is probably not going to ever beat several opponents. You might want to spend less time watching movies and TV and go hit the mat.

  • @TheChoada

    ahahaha well said bro

  • How many people have you killed?

  • where can i get that advanced dvd?

  • I like how so many people have posted that Krav Maga is ineffective, if it was ineffective, why would so many Special Ops, Police forces and Armies use it? Now people have to remember that KM is not a art on its own, its a gathering of moves from all different type of martial arts even GJJ. Now do I believe that GJJ can be used in a real combat situation? Yes. If you've trained it for an extended amount of time, if not then adrenaline takes over, which could impair your skills.

  • @paco1851 Who ever said Krav wasn't effective? BJJ works in some scenarios, but so does Krav in the right scenarios.

  • @NeoOsiris19 Well If you read the comments bro. :p

  • You don't realize how good these guys are until you see them against people who aren't on their level and they just get eaten.

  • Eu admiro muito esta técnica. Parabéns aos Gracie.

  • Rener's guard is NASTY

  • is that ari bolden from 10th planet?

  • Rener's Americana to straight armlock transition at 1:57 is sick.

  • @LSDBZGT1 Great post, absolutely correct..there is no other single style that has proved it self with such an AMAZING success rate..I don't see why people can't see that...

  • @JXJ1326 +1 Agreed...someone not trained in BJJ and not CONSTANTLY training in a good BJJ players guard would not be able to get the posture to make any solid hits....as soon as they tried they'd be swept, armbarred, or pulled right back down

  • jujitsu is a great martial arts yes... i've been doin it for 2 years. but if you have no stand up skill than its just something for show. putting someone in a triangle from guards is easy... unless they are dropping bombs on your face

  • @1Dea1th

You must suck at BJJ if you can't get a triangle is someone is "dropping bombs" on you. The moment they try to do that is the best time to attempt a triangle/armbar.

  • @xyrzbat Agreed...

  • @1Dea1th Unless you know BJJ dropping "bombs" is nearly impossible on a BJJ player due to all the sweeps, submissions etc from guard...someone not used to being TRAINING CONSTANTLY in a good BJJ players guard would not be able to get the posture to make any solid hits....as soon as they tried they'd be swept, armbarred, or pulled right back down

  • @RobbieH02879 lol i fight in the cage in nova scotia. I may be a rookie in the cage but i still know a little about fighting there kiddo

  • I sure hope we never enter into a war with Brazil! Hes just toying with our soldiers!

  • @colossuswright hahahah

  • @HeroCasey no. the rubber guard uses an underhook rather than an overhook on the ankle

  • nearly every time i saw him get someone in a hold i could see an easy place to punch him in the ribs showing that it isnt great use in a real situation.found it amazing what he did but still.

  • @jamiekenn25 They are grappling you twat... If they were really fighting the strategy would be different. That is like saying during a boxing match "Derp! I can see wur he could get leg kicked!!! HUUUURRR" Makes no sense does it?

  • @ipwnorcs Agreed...plus it's easy to see opening from your couch, there is a reason even a Blue Belt BJJ fighter would dominate any PURE stand up fighter

  • @jamiekenn25 actually, i was like you before i took my first BJJ class. I was wrong completely. Trying to throw a punch while is someone's guard is a great way to get caught in an Armbar or Triangle. I went into the class against a WHITE BELT without prior knowledge of BJJ and I got caught in less than a minute. I thought he gave me a freebie when he pulled guard. Oh how naive I was. =D

  • I do karate and ju juitsu and things like that would that be good if i am joining army

  • @tucktracks don't join the other cannon fodder

  • @ipwnorcs cannon fodder?

  • Be careful you are not basing your comments on taking on 2-3 guys on watching too many movies. I defy those of you who think KM will work against 2-3 guys to try it. Unless the 2-3 guys are complete retards the KM guy will not stand a chance, or even against one GJJ guy. Ignorance is bliss...

  • @jeffersonr5 Good post!

  • Be careful you are not basing your comments on taking on 2-3 guys on watching too many movies. I defy those of you who think KM will work against 2-3 guys to try it. Unless the 2-3 guys are complete retards the KM guy will not stand a chance, or even against one GJJ guy. Ingorance is bliss...

  • 3:25 LOL making out xD gay army.....

  • The whole argument I can kick, punch, or bite isn't a legitimate argument anymore. The Gracie's prove that GJJ is more than just grappling at UFC 1,2,3, and 4. They challenged all those other arts to a no holds bar competition and they all lost. Krav is great, but if I had a gun I'm going to shoot you from a far rather than hold it at your face. Also you're not going to always have weapons and friends to protect you. Just give credit to where it's due.

  • @130kali LOL, dude please, of course you cannot do shit at far range, but at least krav maga helps you to escape in close combat situations, gracie jiu jitsu is good, yes for rings and cages, won't work against many attacker, i'm not saying krav maga would but at least is CQC kind of combat with real situations, GJJ is a sport, self defense wouldn't work with a knife you would get stabbed for playing superman

  • @ticosexy22

I'm from the hood and trust me no one is going to hold a gun to you in close range and have a conversation with you. You either get down or get laid down. Also with GJJ it only takes me a second to break something. If I grab a person's arm chances are it's going to break before we even hit the ground. Krav is great, but I've seen real street fights and there aren't many techniques for someone who really knows how to handle a gun or a knife. Ask a marine.

  • @130kali Agreed, The Gracies have been challenging all other arts in Brazil for MANY MANY years in ANYTHING goes and also street fights... Being a Gracie in Brazil is like having a sign on your back saying "try me"...listen to Relson tell some street fight stories... GJJ isn't meant for sport like so many people with hurt feeling like to claim

  • Krav Maga is also great! But GJJ/BJJ will give the troopers a whole lot better cardio, and more realiability on technique than size/power (roids nuts LOL). Training both martial arts would be great.

  • @HeroCasey It was a rubber guard technique that was taken out of the system because there's an easy counter to spin out of it and leave you in a bad spot. Now instead of putting the arm under the knee, you hug the knee.

  • huge leverage advantage.

  • This situation is unrealistic. Military soldiers, even unarmed, are trained to kill or be killed, not just wrestle or grapple. In a real fight those soldiers would be landing face shots, breaking teeth, ripping out their enemies' eyes, etc. Soldiers don't give a hoot about rules. This wasn't a fair fight.

  • @Devidedistand Throwing punches and trying to grab the eyes makes it easier to land a submission. If a guy has his arm extended trying to grab your throat or reach for your face, that's the perfect opportunity to latch on an armbar and make him pay.

  • @pearcemark2 Too much stupid UFC seriously, you been on the army?, GJJ is tought mostly for competition, not for real defense, they use CQC and some eclectic techniques no GJJ please.....

  • @ticosexy22 You're dumb.

  • @pearcemark2 +1 Good post..eye gouging would only extend your limbs and piss the BJJ guy off and REALLY make him hurt you...

  • @Devidedistand relax...it was just a demonstration of what they do.

  • @Devidedistand Like break people's limbs and choke them out? I say it's great for lethal and non lethal situations. If you can do it without killing, it's a plus.

  • @Devidedistand Dude you just wrote a beauty of a comment, these guys think that only because they watched the UFC they can get away with a real situation or a real combat, in the battlefield or the street people are armed and not gonna hesitate to stab you, so jiu jitsu is good....yeah with 1 opponent no weapons and somebody who does not know how to fight properly

  • @Devidedistand In a real fight, with no weapons, even with biting they'd still be demolished...even by a good Blue Belt..it's a whole different world...

  • @HeroCasey he has rubber guard but i think hes using it just to transition into the shawn williams guard

  • @HeroCasey I don't think so. His right arm is in the wrong position and even when he does something that resembles zombieing the arm, he lets go of the leg. Rubber Guard is used to break posture but Rener wasn't really trying to break the posture, it seems to me. Also, Rener has made comments that they don't do any techniques that put the body in unnatural positions and I'm pretty sure that means rubber guard.

  • Rener Gracie,badass guy!

  • Rener flew direct to New York at 4:11

  • @Cunnysmythe hahahahaha

  • I LOVE RENER GRACIE!

  • those soldiers got man handdeld thumbs up if you agree

  • those soldiers got man handeld

  • My technique would definitely beat any Jiu Jitsu practitioner... Shit your pants, and hug them... Proven to be instant tap out.

  • he leaves his groin

exposed..if that was a street fight he will get punched in the balls!

  • @mrcharles007 in a street right, there are no rules...jujitsu by itself wouldnt not work.

  • @mrcharles007 Wouldn't hasve a chance, would be choked out within seconds..Rener was TOYING with them, notice all the opportunities..those were FRESH Soldiers against ONE man starting on his BACK back to back

  • I suggest you try doing this while wearing ballistic body armour and then see how effective it is.......or when your opponent can grab a knife and stick you with it while you roll around man hugging.

  • Armbar at 1:58 was savage!!

  • @HeroCasey Rubber guard the hand hooks under the heel not over. But it's close.

  • Even the great Fedor Emilianenko was finally stopped with a triangle choke. I still can't believe it.

  • This video is awesome, and I really like the description that you provided! Thanks!

  • @fiddlegrass Thank you :)

  • I have see krav mega demonstrated. The guy it is demonstrated on has to stand still and hold his arm out etc. I haven't seen it in a real combat situation probably because in a real combat situation one party is not as cooperative as they are in the demonstrations. Why is it that we can't believe the effectiveness of GJJ when we have seen it time and again while we just assume other styles are so effective just because TV or the movies say so?

  • @jeffersonr5 Agreed!

  • @jeffersonr5 Gracie jiu jitsu you also need to "ATTACK", of course krav maga effectiveness is not proven on a tatami or a mat, it's proven on the streets, what a dumbass comment my friend, imagine yourself going fighting against 3 guys with your pathetic submissions PLEASE

  • @jeffersonr5 Good post, people don't stand still in real fights..they spaz, and eventually both parties trip when they clinch...where BJJ is king

  • @jeffersonr5 ya gooood post. good vid too. bjj all dayy

  • @HeroCasey Holy shit you are the man. I thought the same thing. Very sloppy but it is. Not the best mission control he's over the top not under but yeah. Then he transitions straight to New York!!!

  • @HeroCasey any1 can do that, when you are going for triangle and you trying to break their posture.

  • can he roll around like this when he's actually wearing 60 pounds of gear on his back...

  • @scottbaioisdead

yeah, rener is strong as fhukk.

  • @2431346 Not strength, technique..which is why he's starting on his back and just playing with them

  • @RobbieH02879

I doubt he could do that to jacare. Equal technique, but strength and athleticism are key.

  • Rener is quite amazing.

  • @HeroCasey Shawn Williams Guard imo

  • i never really liked the armlock but now i think its killer. plus it helps that rener is buff in itself too

  • urfaceismessed I agree with you, though i should add that the point would be to disarm the person before even attempting to fight back.

  • last guy is a dumbass, flayling his legs like that thinking he is gonna reverse him, thats not how you reverse someone up so high on your body

  • @metthestreet if he would have tried rolling the other way and blocking gracie's left leg then he could have swept him. he was trying the wrong direction.

  • @urfaceismessed The ground is last resort and unfortunately you can't ALWAYS control NOT going to the ground...which is why GJJ is king..

  • @RobbieH02879 Yeah last resort. I wouldn't depend on it and I would focus more on standing techniques

  • @RobbieH02879 he is also going up against a highly trained person who happens to be the person training them so he obviously knows more and hes been learning it his whole life.

  • @RobbieH02879 That's why you should learn wrestling too. But... Gracie jiu-jitsu takedowns is so effective that i can always put people on their back same if they are frustrated or try to sprawl.

  • @urfaceismessed military combatives incorporate multiple styles, to include krav maga and BJJ. You'd find that in the Special Ops community, a large majority of those operators would hold high ranks in BJJ (among other styles). People forget that BJJ also has means of handling multiple attacker situations - it's not all about guard (although indeed a VERY strong component of the style).

Also, hand-to-hand combat ain't like how John Wayne showed...you'll be on the ground...

  • @urfaceismessed and, if I do have you in a triangle, what's to stay that I don't pull out my K-bar and stab you in the face? I have 2 hands/arms to use, the defender has 1 and about 8 seconds until he goes nighty night.

I get ur point, but I wouldn't discount the value of ground fighting in a military setting...

then again, Gun Fu is a better way of ensuring victory ;)

  • @ghemminger1 Good post

  • @urfaceismessed how often will a soldier need to use his fists , 99.9 % of the time it will be a cap in the ass

  • @urfaceismessed I'm not sure what makes you suggest that Gracie Jiu Jitsu isn't a complete martial art... besides, they also teach techniques for standing and against weapons, Krav Maga isn't the only art that does that. Gracie Jiu Jitsu is not just triangle chokes, that is just one of the most convenient techniques to use oftentimes. And good luck fighting multiple attackers no matter what martial art you're using; the bad guys won't just jump into your attacks like they do in the movies.

  • @urfaceismessed I'm pretty sure Jiu Jitsu is not the only method they are trained in. McMAP for instance incorporate lethal tactics and non violent tactics to subdue an opponent. It's good to know all a good well rounded set of tactics I believe. In a fight on the street you wouldn't want to take down an opponent who you know has 3 or 4 friends. You'd want to use tactics that would work good against multiple opponents like krav maga there.

  • @fdiaz05 Man i estimate comment like this, nicely said, stupid MMA fans who think outside world it's all pink and full of UFC rules, please

  • @urfaceismessed Japanese JJ? Are you kidding? It has been replaced by Judo, and again by BJJ. BJJ represents an evolution. JJJ represents stagnation.

  • Once you've made the toughest men on the earth tap...you know you've become a real man

  • @Hayashirice911 Honestly, and Blue Belt 16 year old should be able to tap MOST Military without much problem..hand to hand is VERY weak in Military..it's gotten better, but there isn't enough training to REALLY get good at it..it's like a crash course...

    It's last resort..

  • Wow, check those moves at 1:50

  • bro i don't doubt your martial arts knowledge, BUT, i don't care what you say, if you think you can walk up to a true jits master and attack his crotch because it's "exposed", you're going to find yourself tapping snapping or napping, and honestly, after a groin shot, its probably gonna be snap or nap lol

  • @dkt1985 I agree with you...

  • Awesome !

  • The most practical moves in BJJ are the most basic of them all, most of which already exist in Shuai Jiao(Chinese Mandarin term for "wrestling"), Chin Na(Chinese Mandarin term for "seizing & locking"), and Jujutsu(Japanese term for "gentle methods"). BJJ in general is for sport competition, not a martial art itself. They also train to leave their groin exposed 99% of the time.

  • @ForwardIntent BJJ was developed for REAL fighting way before it became a sport...

  • @RobbieH02879 BJJ derived from sport-oriented Judo. As a result, BJJ is even more sport-oriented. That is the nature of BJJ. It is very useful in grappling tournaments, though not in real fighting.

  • @ForwardIntent I honestly think that the creators of BJJ only had randori in mind when creating the system. Too bad real life is not randori.

  • @ForwardIntent No, Carlos and Helio had REAL fighting in mind..which is why they challenged EVERYONE in NO RULES fights...

  • @RobbieH02879 No he actually had REAL sporting in mind. Not REAL self defense.

  • @urfaceismessed You are incorrect... Helio has spoken many times about how and why he worked to make changes to BJJ..and it was to get away from Sporting Nature of Judol..this is why the Gracie's practically developed Vale Tudo in Brazil...

  • @RobbieH02879 Absolutely!

  • @urfaceismessed Have you not seen the no rules fights? In which the gracies win, every single time. Standing start, groin shots etc all allowed. BJJ (GJJ) won every time. The only scenario i could imagine it would not be the best technique, is if there were multiple attackers. And even then it can be useful, it may just require some strikes aswell...

  • @RobbieH02879

    Not true.

They challenged people to unarmed combat.

Its important to note that other styles of fighting are more focused upon combat vs armed opponents.

Altho bjj obviously does incorporate weapon defenses into its combat regime, its not gonna teach u how to use whatever is around you (be it a brick on the ground, a knife on ur waste in the enemies hands) to win the fight.

The "what is the best martial art" discussion changes once u take off weapon restrictions.

  • @ForwardIntent Nope..BJJ DITCHED the sport oriented fighting, Maeda fought VALE TUDO all over the world, he taught Carlos Gracie.. Carlos and Helio then focused even more on the ground, where many real rights end up either on purpose or because of tripping etc... This is why the majority of GJJ's early fights were VALE TUTO(NO RULES).. The Gracie's practically invented Vale Tudo through their challenge fights, the Gracie kids fought REGULARLY in the streets..especially Relson...

  • hes so slick

  • cool armbar set up at 1:52

  • i totally know what you mean, i beleve leg locks or anckle hooks are more suited if it goes to the ground, you would try to break it for real as fast as i could and them move up to the next opponent or try to slow things down with the remaining agressors,

sry for my english im from Brazil.
