no, she's a papillon. Pomeranians are much fluffier. and there ears are smaller and look more plush like. yeah, i have a pomeranian so it's easier for me to tell the difference

right, she's a Papillon (Pap-e-on). If you were to have a Pap and Pom next to each other you'd defintely be able to see the difference. A true Papillon's fur is not fluffy. The only thing that might be considered fluffy on a Papillon is their tail because they curl it on their back.
