i read about this missile ages ago. It uses two types of manouvering (strong and weak). It has lateral rocket engines around its center of mass and it can displace laterally to increase hit probability.

Yep, and it's result are awesome. On a low alt unarmed interception test, it went so close to the target that it's elevon cut the target wings. And on another test on a target at 11000m and 900 Km/h fast, it climb to 15000m and dove in the target. And at the speed of 2880 Km/h is exploded at only 4m of the target.

And it's the first missile able to achieve 3 task : Short distance interception, long distance interception and area defense.
