I love Natalia's reaction to Olivia's disclosure that she knows a secret about Doris. Natalia says"that's kind of mean, but what's the secret?"LOL on the other hand Olivia has great comedic timing. I personally like Breese and don't really understand all the hatred. I mean come on it's a soap opera... what did you expect... happily ever after... you know it can't be that smooth.
Honestly, Breese does suck. Or I should say the writers suck. Storyline had potential but they royally effed up the whole thing. Brought the characters on the show lovey-dovey with no history and then split them in a couple of months before anyone got invested enough to care. And I don't even feel sorry for Reese which kinda sucks too. And AMC is a so craptastic right now that nothing could drag me back to that show anyway.

I love Otalia, I love how natural and realistic they are, and not very "soapy-ish". Thank you for all your uploads, I never knew GL before, until Otalia happens. Hope there'll be more uploads. I'm always looking forward for some Otalia-goodness, and I'm loving the slow but (hopefully) sure pace and development of their story, Hope they don't end up like Breese in AMC.

One thing that makes GL kind of fun is that essentially everyone in SP has something on everyone else...they are all doing some behind the scenes subtle blackmail...and Doris does it professionally! God, you can always tell extreme emotional turmoil with Oliva/CC's hair. It's been a mess over the past two episodes. Makeup's flawless though, ironically. Yes, I'm on the shallow end, but I can't decide if CC is choosing to do that or are they just lazy. It doesn't even look like she puts a comb through it between scenes or changes in location. It's so odd to me compared to other soaps.
Not sure if this is true, or might have been true and different now ... but over on the Television Without Pity forum they have said that due to the show's ratings slumps and cutback on production costs that the actors have to due their own makeup and hair, and don't necessarily have their own trailers and dressing rooms. Again, that may or not be true.

Honestly, Breese does suck. Or I should say the writers suck. Storyline had potential but they royally effed up the whole thing. Brought the characters on the show lovey-dovey with no history and then split them in a couple of months before anyone got invested enough to care. And I don't even feel sorry for Reese which kinda sucks too. And AMC is a so craptastic right now that nothing could drag me back to that show anyway.

I love Otalia, I love how natural and realistic they are, and not very "soapy-ish". Thank you for all your uploads, I never knew GL before, until Otalia happens. Hope there'll be more uploads. I'm always looking forward for some Otalia-goodness, and I'm loving the slow but (hopefully) sure pace and development of their story, Hope they don't end up like Breese in AMC.

Right! What is up with "Cedars Hospital" decor?? It looks like a low rent "Polynesian" restaurant, not a medical institution. Okay, they took the wrong route... what if Doris blows the case on purpose (they don't realize she did of course) and Philip is set free just to get back at them for the blackmail? Doris could do something like send him (anonymously) some type of evidence or loophole that could aide in him getting off. Who would know she did it? I say never blackmail people unless you have nothing to lose! Nat not being wise enough to stop her is weird... is she throwing her religion out the window?... WWJD? LOL

someone wondered earlier what Philip was up to going to see Doris. He does seem confident about representing himself...so...what if he somehow knows about doris too and will blackmail her down the line. She is the prosecutor afterall and Doris gave him a what are you up to look as he left. Just working out some ideas. What do you think? Oh yeah and Happy St. Patrick's day!!

I loved Doris' opening line..."Mr. Spaulding you look pretty good for a dead guy"...she does have a sense of humor. One thing that makes GL kind of fun is that essentially everyone in SP has something on everyone else...they are all doing some behind the scenes subtle blackmail...and Doris does it professionally! [as mayor etc.]. It is all totally unethical but kinda small town typical. One of the most realistic parts of the show! La Fheile Padraig!

God, you can always tell extreme emotional turmoil with Oliva/CC's hair. It's been a mess over the past two episodes. Makeup's flawless though, ironically. Yes, I'm on the shallow end, but I can't decide if CC is choosing to do that or are they just lazy. It doesn't even look like she puts a comb through it between scenes or changes in location. It's so odd to me compared to other soaps.

Not sure if this is true, or might have been true and different now ... but over on the Television Without Pity forum they have said that due to the show's ratings slumps and cutback on production costs that the actors have to due their own makeup and hair, and don't necessarily have their own trailers and dressing rooms. Again, that may or not be true.

No, I never meant to be presumptuous. I know committed same-sex marriage partners where one or both are religious. It's just that, in this isolated case, with Natalia's reaction to the possibility that people might think they were a couple being so panicked and offended, I just assumed her apparent discomfort stemmed from particular beliefs she has in association with her religious affiliation. Did I offend anyone? I sure hope not. It was merely an initial thought.

I like Nat's "What's wrong with that?" when Olivia says "and there she was wearing a hat!" Poor Nat ... she really doesn't always get it. You can tell when Liv explains it was a disguise that she's probably internally remembering that she once told Nat she lives under a rock and is the most naive person in the world. :)
