I worked for source in 2004 to 2005. I Was the dispatcher from Dec of 04 till June of 05. (That was when this branch only did AZ) I ran all of dispatch when everyone else left. I agree with you Wendy was not actually over dispatch at that time but Ken B was. That whole office was back stabbing and lying even then. You only worked there for 9mo and I feel bad for you for that. But I was a service tech before I became a dispatcher. They are one of the worst company's ever and they will go down.

Everything you said is so true about Source. My family has been dealing with source for almost 10 years. They recently have turn our world upside down. They don't care about the employees, it is all about the $. There is to many managers on power trips that are two face bitches. Source needs to be suied for slander and unlawful termination. Everyone slow down and open your eyes. Layoff, fire, quit just group and force the hand. Spilt the work and drive the $per hr up! Force the customer to pay for quailty. Unless you at Soreass like your 401k, and vacation cut. Its equailty/quality. (3)Again, dispatching takes 0% skill (hence fit for a woman, but you are built like a woman)

(4) Its already taken you nearly 2 whole hours to "almost" get a new job (most likely one of which requires no skills)

Take a look at yourself and what you have accomplished in your professional career before you cast stones at a Company that has proven itself long before you and will continue long after you.

My last boss accussed me of stealing from the cash drawer. He tried to give me the worst shifts and refused to allow me to speak to the area manager. I quit after 6 months because of all the issues only to find out the area manager wanted to make me the local boss and there my boss was doing all this to get rid of me. Because he was afraid of the fact I did my job and the customers liked me. Also he got caught on camera stealing the money I was accussed of stealing and was fired not long again.
