At the gym I worked on lots of core stuff more than anything else. I did lots of chest presses, sit-ups, etc.. I never gave up and I kept at it. Now 2 years later I have muscle and you cant see any of my bones sticking out anymore. :D I have a very noticeable 6 pack and I can make my pecks dance and my shoulders are much broader and stronger. I look really good and it feels great. For all you skinny guys, just dont give up and dont get discouraged I know what its like to be skinny, it sucks

Another good way to increase your appetite in the morning is just take a very short run for around 10 minutes. Like a proper run, just a short one. Sprint for a little too, just until you can't run anymore, maybe run round a couple of blocks and back to your house. After that I find you have a little better of an appetite.

I eat 5 or 6 meals a day and I drink like 8 glasses or more water a day and I lift weights and do cardo let me tell you I lose like 14 1/2 lbs with in 4 months since I been on my diet my muscles got harder and I got leaner a few more veins and stronger and I lose 3.5 lbs per month which is good once I get down then I change them from my 10-12 reps to 8-10 reps but my abs coming in and back muscles and I'm a stocky build solid guy so by the summer I'll be good to go still be on this diet for life

iz true but it teaches you to have set times for meals and how much you should be eating.
believe it or not alot of skinny people simply don't know how much they should be eating so usually serve themselves kiddy portions of food.
