  • Solve vincla reis. Offer lumen cecches. Yeah, the Templar founder and protector, who sent his knights to rescue ancient gnostic winsdom from Jerusalem-Tiagus Tradition. The Temple treasure was on the ground: knowledge to sacred paths, thus King Phillip found vaults empty.

  • Ave Maria! Please accept, O beloved Jesus, deepest gratitude from your children for giving us a Mother so sweet, so loving, so filled with maternal solicitude for her children's salvation. Please have mercy on her unnatural children and bring them to the light.

  • Oh my goodness, this is so beautiful. Where can I get this music on paper?

  • this is soo beautiful, and thank God that He gave us His Mother!

  • Dedicating this today, to Anne who died two days ago and leaves, many years before her expected term of years, five grown children, one too young to have been prepared for this in the usual span of time.

  • I love you, Virgin Mary, Mother of God!

  • the devil is attacking catholic every second 24/7.they try to destroy all the priest and all the church leader and especially the pope. they know that catholic is their greatest barrier.

  • Virgin Mary is Mother of Jesus Christ who is the son of God and Jesus is fully God and human, he is One with God, so Mary is Mother of God and Mary is the mother of the believers in the church of Christ, she prays for us before God, Mary pray for me and I hope to get a job, Mary Mother of God amen!! bless me and my family

  • I don't understand why other religion criticize Catholics just to prove to themselves that their belief and practices are better -- we do not do that to their religion. As I grow up , I realize how GOD gave me the Freedom to choose right from wrong...and find my way back to him every time I stumble and fall... I realized how Catholic Faith depends on LOVE alone -- and GOD's TRUST in us that we will have him in our lives --- and not blinded by MEMORIZING AND ANALYZING THE BIBLES AND SCRIPTURES.

  • I don't like it when Protestants or other religion say bad things about Mama Mary -- it saddens me. I feel it's their lost not to know her and feel her love. BEING BORN AS A CATHOLIC IS THE MOST PRECIOUS BLESSING I RECEIVED -- Mama Mary's love as a mother is the most precious love I have. Mama Mary is not just a curved image --- SHE IS THE MOTHER OF GOD. The Saints are NOT WORSHIPED, they are intercessions to GOD - because they lived their lives closest to God's teachings... I LOVE MAMA MARY

  • lovely track with which to end the day. Nuns supervising handwriting practice, school service held inside St Paul's convent. Catechism.

  • Beautifull, I was born in Chatham New Brunswick and my name is Stella

  • Wunderschön!

  • Who is the composer of this piece?

  • The A Capella choir im in is singing this song

  • I heard the angelic sirens sing

  • worshipping Mary is a sin. Mary is not holy, but blessed. Almighty God and His son Jesus is only Holy. Just read

EXODUS 20:4-6 "You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them.

  • @rajuvarg Oh REALLY now? "And said unto the Levites that taught all Israel, which were *holy* unto the LORD, Put THE HOLY ARK (of the Old Covenant) in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel did build; it shall not be a burden upon your shoulders: serve now the LORD your God, and his people Israel"- 2nd Chronicles 35:3 Mary is the Ark of the New Covenant, according to Luke 1 and Hebrews 9:4, by giving birth to Christ. Therefore, she is sacred and holy, more than the old Ark.

  • @rajuvarg Worship of Mary is a sin but to deny her Dulia is grossly uncharitable to Christ. The Angel said

"Hail" a salutation from a subordinate, "Full of Grace" Holy. God Told Moses to make graven images. a bronze serpent on a stick. a mercy seat with gold angel figures on it. You heretics twist the Bible and use it to attack the Church. Satan also used scripture as you do. In fact your father Luther took out 6 books that Our Lord had in His Bible. Judith, WisdomMacabeusEsther2Tobius Baruck

  • @rajuvarg, I agree with you 100%! But Catholics do not worship Mary in the way they worship God. They honor her akin to the way Americans honor Abraham Lincoln, and put up images and statues for this. We pray to Mary to intercede with us before her Son, because she is closer to Him, being His Mother. That makes sense, does it?

  • @samueljyap completely except Catholics honour Our Lady infinitely more than even Americans do Lincoln!! I wouldn't say that was a good analogy but the rest of what you said was true.

  • @rajuvarg You're right, worshipping Mary is a sin, but Catholics don't do that. We honour her, for she carried the Holy Child, and we ask her for her intercession, which is the most powerful, since she is the Mother of Our Lord. Read about the miracle of Cana. Mary asked Him to help the people, and He did, even though it was not His time to, but He honoured His Mother, as we do! Not honouring the Mother of Christ, is to not honour Christ.....

  • @rajuvarg Cont'd: Protestants are very good as twisting the Word of God to slam Catholics! If you had carried on reading the Book of Exodus, you would know that God commanded Moses to hammer two golden Cherubims onto the Mercy Seat of the Ark of the Covernent. Later, God asked Moses to make a bronze serpent! When Solomon built the first Jewish Temple in Jeruslaem, he covered the walls with golden paintings of Angels, and God did not get angry!!.....

  • @rajuvarg Cont'd: a graven image is an image of a god that is used to worship. We do not worship pictures! According to your thinking, it is a sin to have photographs, or drawings or paintings! Aren't they a 'likness' of people, animals etc! No offence, but what you are saying sounds way too Muslim. They aren't allowed to make pictures of people either! Protestants pray for truth, but when God shows you, you are blind to it! I pray that God may help you, and Our Mother may show you Christ Jesus!

  • @rajuvarg We worship Mama Mary because Mama Mary is the mother of JEsus!!! He asks us to do so! WE HAVE ONE GOD -- (God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit). IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND CATHOLIC TEACHINGS, DON'T TRY TO CONVINCE US BECAUSE OUR FAITH IN MAMA MARY'S GRACE AND LOVE IS ABOVE YOUR CONVICTION. Try praying to Mama MARY and GOD will bless you!!!

  • @rajuvarg WORSHIPPING is reverence or devotion for a deity; religious homage or veneration; extreme devotion or intense love or admiration of any kind... As a Catholic, I believe I really worship her -- if you mean worship by making her into a GOD -- you're wrong --- We have reverence and extreme devotion for her, because she is the MOTHER OF GOD... and JESUS' love for his mother is so much that HE ALSO WANTS US TO LOVE HER AND FOLLOW HER GOODNESS and PURITY.

  • Thank you, sisters, for your beautiful profession of faith, just exquisite! God bless all out there on YT, Our Lady, pray for us!

  • this is amazing!!! Is there a link for the music score???

  • I am 100% atheist and sure of it, but I love this song! Not for the religious aspect but just the sound. Absolutely beautiful!

  • @Rosslynite101 you can not violate reason in your atheism. So look upon the proofs of Mary and you will be left only with moral problems in need of her grace to solve

  • muy bonito trasmite paz, gracias por compartir, que el Señor nos Bendiga siempre

  • Thanks.

  • JESUS NUESTRO SEÑOR NO VINO A FUNDAR VARIAS IGLESIAS,POR FAVOR DEJEN DE CONFUNDIRSE,"TU ERES PEDRO Y SOBRE ESTA PIEDRA EDIFICARE MI IGLESIA".YA DIOS MALDICE A LOS QUE SE SIENTEN CON PODERES QUE NO TIENEN NI BENDICIONES QUE JAMAS TENDRAN. JESUS UNGIO A SAN PEDRO COMO SU DIGNO Y PRINCIPAL REPRESENTANTE EN LA TIERRA. !!!VIVA EL PAPA,BENEDICTO XVI!!!!

  • What a pure and perfect chant! I am in love of JESUS! How I'de like others could know Him and feel how wonderful is the knowledge of being loved by Him... Nothing compares to it! I'ts not a mind question but a question of the spirit.

  • awsome!

  • It would suit people well to watch this video, as to understand the illogicality of the bible, Jesus/God etc. As it is intelligent satire, you might even be blessed with a laugh or two.

  • @Andmoonligth I watched it. The Bible is meant to glorify God and all the scribes who were inspired to write it would have been dutifully sure to express only this opinion. It makes one start with an assumption when reading it, 'God is perfect and without error', and if one holds this opinion it would cause one to question why such events would occur. It makes one question 'Why?' If it is good why is it good? If we some "proof" of an unjust God it would mean we interpreted incorrectly.

  • @Andmoonligth Human ignorance is a plague affecting both sides of this argument; we cannot find out God completely nor entirely why such events would occur or why haven't. We assume many things for the progress of our views. It is better to read the Bible itself than take another's opinion but we can never be immune from others' ideas.

What was the Bible's purpose? To glorify God. If we cannot view this it is our error. Man is plagued by ignorance and we all must break these restraints.

  • where did you found that picture at 2:51 if you can tell me?

  • who's music is it??? please it's important!!

  • thx for th support lol, Jesus is God and the Trinity is God. He is one of th persons in th trinity therfore he is God. 2 man cannot teach u what only God can but Jesus is recorded in Roman records to hav done miraculous works. How could a man 3 days dead and buried not be dead and yet records state Lazarus was raised. I may not be able to prov to u but i think that would be hard to fake. take also the shroud of Turin which scientists hav worked on for years and not been able to prove fake

  • wonderfull

  • @Andmoonligh as usual for your type you make an assumption that is your opinion and proves nothing. you should have first attempted to prove that jesus is not God. Try again and ill have an intelligent conversation.

  • @dmitriaceofspades

Your sentence is contradictory. You accuse me of assuming, and then you do it yourself: 'Prove that Jesus is not God'. You have the burden of proof, not I. Thus you should prove to me that Jesus is God. Strictly theologically speaking though, Jesus isn't really God, is he now? Rather he's a part of the holy trinity, which together forms the divine being of God.

Hmm, Must be embarrasing to be defeated in knownledge of Christianity by an atheist.

  • @Andmoonligth

Each individual "Person" of the Trinity is equal to the whole Itself: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are all referred to as God separately and in combination together.

Jesus is God because He is the incarnation of the Word, the distinctive part of God that Creation flourished through; the Father being the initiator and the Holy Spirit proceeding from both shares the love of God and the Holiness abiding in Him that is the means of eternal life, spiritually speaking.

  • @Andmoonligth

To prove whether Jesus is God or not is without discussion to the faithful; but to explain such a concept would necessitate faith to begin with. If one lacks belief in God how can one be explained His being?

Nevertheless, Jesus is held accounted to be God primarily in the Gospel According to John where it postulates the existence of the Divine Word and His Incarnation into physical being as the Lord Jesus Christ and excerpts of other New Testament works attest to this.

  • @RevolutionofNirvanas

Guess I'll have to read the bible more thoroughly. It's not really a particularly important discussion anyhow. You can have your imaginary friend in any way, shape or form you'd like to. It's not going to make him any less unlikely.

  • @dmitriaceofspades

Sorry, I meant hypocritical, not contradictory.

  • @dmitriaceofspades

I enter the position of acceptance of not knowing. Please show me which assumption that I make? I make none. I keep the option of a God's existence open (agnostic -), but it seems to be very unlikely (with an atheistic twist), and we can even falsify the claim of the major religions. Christianity, Islam etc are all a product of human nature, and of human stupidity. Collections of answers are always great, particularly if they're an excuse for murder, child abuse etc.

  • Wonderful music

  • Great song, Greate Pictures, Great Video!

    Ave Maria!

  • @Andmoonligth I admit its more difficult to argue with you because your not being a total atheist. We have many proofs of the existence of a supreme being. Look at the universe. Everything in perfect natural order. Do you know what the chances are of the big bang happening out of random chance? I will agree with you when I see a better explaination. And we can feel Him. We can feel His presence. (Do not jump on the term He. I am not politically correct and I use masculine infered.)

  • @dmitriaceofspades

I guess it's pretty obvious that I disagree with you here. Thing is my friend, you keep making assumptions on the grounds of human nature. Nothing strange about that, you're a human. But how does human feelings, on whether there's 'order' (by the way, 'order' is a human concept, derived from human emotion) in the universe, enable you to determine, that a divine omnipotent deity exists? And how can you possibly give a clear answer, as to if big bangs occur randomly or not?

  • @dmitriaceofspades

And to answer that question of my own: You can't. You just simply can't. There are some questions we cannot the answers to. (And as side-point: are we asking the correct questions? How would we know?) And even accepting the attempt, how would we know which one of the attempts is true? What we can know though, even definitively, is that answers to the creator-question, in the variant of dogmatic systems aka. religion, are false. Too much falling human nature in religion.

  • @dmitriaceofspades

    And to end with:

You said it yourself. "I will agree with you when I see a better explaination". In this line alone, we've just uncovered the core of your, as wells as billions of others problem. Chances are, we will probably never know the explanation to how and why the universe functions as it does. That you can choose to accept, or you can choosing to believe in easily falsifiable bed-time stories, like Christianity. No insult intended, but that's how things are. Peace!

  • @Andmoonligth I'm sorry but there you are wrong. To me God is pure spirit totally genderless either way. In his eyes all peoples are equal man or woman, white black or Asian he loves them all the same. And no with due respect you insult my inteligence to say that I think of God as an old man with a white beard.

  • @dmitriaceofspades

Well, in this context, your specific perception of 'god' is irrelevant. My point here is to proof, once again, that even in the core of religion - The religious texts - we seen signs of human influence. Not divine influence. All religion has been created by man, as a response to the needs of mankind. Answers, truth etc. Jesus, Budha, Allah etc. are no more divine than you and me.

  • I just pause it on 36 and stare at the beautiful picture. LOL

I whole heartedly believe in God, I just think CATH-LICKS are the biggest hipocrites in the world. They preach against sex, but the so called, self proclaimed "fathers" of the word of Christ are molesting kids... You never hear of that many OTHER religions raping kids.... or anybody for that matter. Yes, it happens... but the CATH-LICKS make sure nobody beats their record.

  • @BakersDozen12plus1 Well, considering that child molestation occurs far more often in Protestant churches that in the Catholic Church (statistics do show that). I used to be a Baptist, but I find that you are quite ignorant of Catholicism, God, and the fact that your precious Protestantism has sexually abused more than twice the number of kids than the Catholic Church. You should learn your facts rather than just have the mass media inform you.

  • @Killermuffin1 How do they do it? How do the Cath-Lick priests molest little boys.... and even get people running to their rescue, and blaming the "mass media" for improper reporting? Don't you think that if other religions were molesting kids at this astounding rate... it would be reported... By SOMEONE?

Just WHO is doing these "statistics reports" that you speak of? Could it possibly be a committee appointed by the Cath-Licks?

  • @BakersDozen12plus1 It is reported. Not that infrequently, actually. To quote the philosopher Henry David Thoreau, "And I am sure that I never read any memorable news in a newspaper. If we read of one man robbed, or murdered, or killed by accident, or one house burned, or one vessel wrecked, or one steamboat blown up, or one cow run over on the Western Railroad, or one mad dog killed, or one lot of grasshoppers in the winter, -- we never need read of another. One is enough." I quote him because

  • @BakersDozen12plus1 no one could have said it better. We don't remember what we read about in the news for a very long time after we read it--especially "small" stuff (since the polygamist cult of 2008--which was Protestant-based--seems not to be remembered either). But when the Catholic Church has a priest who does something stupid, lo! and behold, everyone goes wild over it. Double standard it seems. My own city (Dallas) had a PROTESTANT YOUTH MINISTER send nude pictures of himself to a

  • @BakersDozen12plus1 14-YEAR-OLD GIRL! The minister, who was 23 at the time, sent the photos of himself from the church, in fact. And all he got was one measley year in jail! I'm the exception to Thoreau's statement, since I have photographic memory (which is how I remembered your stupid "Cath-lick" joke even after a month. I hope you don't think it's actually funny. It's stupid. I'm sorry if I'm being mean; I'm just saying.)

  • @BakersDozen12plus1

Friend, If you are a true believer of God, don't criticize others. Don't blame at whole Catholics because of one or two's bad behavior. If you open your eyes and see, you could see the way Catholics are helping each other all over the world.

  • @Andmoonligth We Catholics understand your point of view and I deffinatly agree that we should not make false assumptions when on things which we have not studied but to us we cannot see how the world could have been made if not by God. The universe is so complex, how could it have been created by random chance? Each creature has the neccecary things needed to survive, everything is in place. It seems much more likely to me that it was a supreme being. Looking at this I must blieve in God.

  • @dmitriaceofspades Tell me, when thinking and speaking of God, which gender have you associated 'God with? A male? Or a female? Think carefully. I'll bet it's a male. Big beardy white man on a throne. Tell you why: Religion is a perfect example of the rather primitive social behavior of man: Male is in the top of hierarchy. Study other religions: Same pattern apply. The male gender is always dominant. Just one of the few examples of the rotten nature of religion. God is a creation of your mind.

  • @dmitriaceofspades Now on the question of God's presumed existence: We'll never really be able to know. But you cannot conclude on the basis of lack of knowledge, that's a fallacy. Rather be it understood: The God-explanation is a reflection of the human mindset: Our reaction to the unknown, to what we do not understand. Intelligent design fails in having its nature rewritten, somewhere around 100.000 times since the birth of our consciousness. Thing is: Some just can't handle not knowing.

  • A mí me parece hermoso el Himno, lo tengo ya grabado en mi celular y a diario lo canto. Madre mía de Guadalupe, te amo con todo el corazón.

  • Lol I'm sorry, but this is one of the worst translations of the latin verses that I have read. Who did the translating, they are making quite a bit of errors, kind of annoying.. Nice Sound, but I prefer the Guillaume Dufay version better. Fauxbourdon all the way.

  • @AntiTeleVivisection

Yes well, it is indeed mystical. Or... Well… On the other hand, it could simply be explained by the thesis, that I have an environmental and genetic predisposition for affection towards this kind of music. After all, I rarely, if ever, attribute the text any particular deeper meaning or sense. But the music is beautiful, and the voices calm me down.

  • Just when i felt i needed some Jesus today, i stumbled across this song...... :)

    beautiful!

  • isn't this the acadian anthem

  • THIS VIDEO IS TRASH SCARE ME A LOT. I'M SORRY I LOVE JESUS ONLY .

  • @gussy2103 We are Commanded to Love thy Mother and Father. Do you think Jesus didn't Love his Mother? You should also as she was chosen by God to deliver his son. We pray to Mary and ASK her to pray FOR us to her Son. Her Son will not deny his Mother. Remember when she asked him at the Wedding feast to change the water into wine? He said his time had not yet come, yet he DID what she asked. Please get on her good side, ask her to pray to her Son for you. Her requests he will not deny.

  • @gussy2103 What! Our Lord told us to love & honor His Mother. He is our king. We honor the mothers of earthly kings, why not Her?

  • @gussy2103 We love Jesus as well, of course. And from that love, stems love of others (like the bible verse that says "We love because he first loved us"). Mary is Jesus's Mother. And since we are all brothers and sisters of Christ, Mary is our Mother as well. And doesn't the bible say to honor your mother and father? We don't worship Mary, we just give her Honor due to the important part she played in God's plan. We strive to love her like her son, Jesus, loved her. See? :)

  • Ihanan kaunista&mystistä...

  • @dominangelorum1

Please accept my humble thanks for your concern. It's not really needed, as I'm actually doing quite well, thank you. Though I do have a difficult time understanding how atheisme is equivalent to sadness. I mean, we can drink, have sex (before marriage), spend our time in a more usefull manner then praying to some noneexisitent deity. We can live in happiness, safely aware that no one is going to judge us, to heaven or hell, except from ourselves... and the list goes on...

  • @Andmoonligth You obviously don't know much about the Catholic Church. Get a pre-1960 ed. of Apologetics. i think you'll change your mind about His existance. You are in my prayers.

  • @OurLadyofGalway

I know that a series of terrible scandals, involving pedophile priests, have recently shaken the very core of the Catholic Church It has happened in many countries in the EU and in the US. I feel that these scandals reveal the mere 'tip of the iceberg', when it comes to the corruption and power-mongering that plagues the phenomenon that is religion. Furthermore, the bible simply does not provide sufficient evidence, to prove its claims. Why not believe in Islam instead?

  • @Andmoonligth "Errare est humanum - To err is human" - Seneca. Just because these individuals have sinned is that reason to condemn the whole Church? Also, these persons are what true Catholics call Modernist heretics. They are not really adherents of Catholic doctrine at all. Also, the media only brings you stories of the sinners, never of the saints, whom I assure you are many. The Sisters for instance, with whom I am personally aquainted. God and Mary love you.

  • @Andmoonligth To err is human - Seneca. These so-called priests are really heretics, those who deny some part of the Catholic doctrine. Yes, even the "pope' is in heresy and therefore no pope. I suspect you don't know very much about Catholics? I also suspect you didn't read Apologetics? It proves the irrefutable existance of God bt REASON alone. I dare you to read it.

  • @OurLadyofGalway

The entire history of the Catholic Church, right from when the very Diocese of Rome was established, is written in blood and by the use of terror. The catholic belief system, or rather doctrine, has been forced down the throat of the people of many countries, disregarding human and cultural losses. To this bears witness, thousands of documents, first-hand accounts and archeological evidence. If you acknowledge reason and logic, then this can be refuted.

  • @Andmoonligth I hardly think terror was enforced during the persecutions of the Roman Emperors when many DIED rather than renounce their Faith even when tempted with great wealth and posotion. Yes, the inquisition was rather a stain on the Church;s reputation, but again you must remember that this was due to human error which the Church condemned. If you refer to the Spanish Conquistadors, I can only repeat what I just stated.

  • @OurLadyofGalway

The inquisition, to be fairly understood and assessed, must consider the truth of the Catholic faith and the perversity of those who subvert and deceive by distorting that faith. Same concerning the Conquistadors. The natives of Mexico were raised from depravity and horrible living conditions to the highest level of civilization because of the Conquistadors. We now hear only the distortions of the true history with focus on the relatively minor anomalies during that period.

  • @Andmoonligth

Read "Blood-drenched Altars" to discover how terribly wrong you are.

  • @elinelcrat8272

Oh, and by the way: Please pardon any silly spelling/grammatical errors from my hand. English is my 3rd language, and unfortunately I do not control it wholly yet.

  • @OurLadyofGalway

On the subject of the scientific authenticity of this Apologetics, I must admit that I have not read this. I have read most of the bible. It's an interesting and well-written book. I have no problem understanding how this book has seduced the unenlightened people. I promise to read this Apologetics, but I very much doubt that is has got any scientific, logical nor rational backing in its arguments.

The real saints are the natural scientific researchers who created our society.

  • @Andmoonligth Yes, PLEASE read a pre-1960 Catholic Apologetics. You will know if it is true Catholic Doctrine by the presence of a pre-1960 imprimatur in the beginning. I'm studying Apologetics myself & it is totally reasonable. My book is by Msg. Paul Glenn and is published by TAN books. I pray for you. Please read it with an open mind. God bless.

  • @Andmoonligth

The person who posted this comment about scientific authenticity is truly worse than ignorant - by pretending to be educated and knowledgeable, when in fact, is horribly misinformed and perverted in will and intellect.

What you call rational is in fact irrational. What you call unenlightened is in fact the opposite, and the only reasonable thing there is. You are bigoted toward apologetics because you deny the very existence of Truth. "natural scientific researchers" blind

  • @elinelcrat8272

It would suit, you in specific, and the level & tone of the discussion in general, well to avoid indulging to personal attacks, rather than questioning the argument/assumption expressed. The belief that you present in your comment, is a very unlikely hypothesis, when taking into account the history of religion (and the history of the catholic faith more specifically), and various psychological, sociological, social scientific analysis-methods.

    Continued...

  • @elinelcrat8272

Before you can judge on the authenticity of a certain theory, you must first examine it closely by the use of above mentioned methods. To ensure the correctness of a theory, you must keep questioning it.

I am agnostic when it comes to spirituality, though atheist when it comes to the representativity of religion, as an indicator to the question of God’s existence. Too many illogical questions arise when proposing one religion as true, in front of others.

  • @Andmoonligth

You have no basis to tell anyone anything. You argue in circles, never coming to the truth, because you're afraid of the truth. An agnostic is on the brink of eternal hell fire. An atheist is an outright fool who jumps headlong into eternal hell fire. A fool is totally bereft of sound reason. I do not argue with fools or those who ape after fools. You will never know the truth because you don't want to. To deny the Logos, the Word become flesh, is to reject purpose.

  • @elinelcrat8272

And your 2000-year old basis is better? If you are not able to define and express the exact conclusion of this so called truth, and show me the process step by step, of acquiring knowledge and evidence of the truth. One can always claim to know the ‘truth’ (what a low human standard of registering knowledge), but that does not make the ‘truth’ (which is actually a theory) more correct. Rather it displays a disturbing lack of education and ability to analyze the world.

  • @Andmoonligth

As I said: I don't argue with fools.

  • Beautiful! Hail Mary, our most Holy Mother!

  • Beautiful! May I ask where you got the pictures at :33 and at 2:30? They would make great desktop backgrounds :)

    A 5/5 rating.

Thanks or may I say Gracias.

  • @RPenta

    Beautiful indeed, good sir.

Thank you too and God bless.

  • @gtkpaladin

You might say, Mary is the First Lady of the Church--she has to represent all Christians those who are virgin and also those who are Moms as well.

  • @RPenta

That would indeed be a way of looking at it.

One could also simply call her the queen of Heaven and Earth.

She is indeed an example for mothers and virgins, and all of us aswell.

God bless and have a splendid day.

  • Grazie E' molto bello spece gli intermezzi gregoriani.

  • Can you tell me where i can find the pdf music sheet of this song?

  • Stunningly beautiful.

  • Very very beautiful indeed! I am very fond of choir music, especially that of nuns.

Rather paradoxal actually... As I am an atheist.

  • I know what you are saying. =)) I am a Deist, Hahahahaha!! Yet Christian music rocks (if it is sung by a nice choir). :D

  • @Andmoonligth Yes this is very beautiful (Ave Maris Stella). Have you ever wondered about your capacity to experience beauty ?

  • @nottebaccio

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right? Where my capacity lies when it comes to experiencing beauty, is a good question. I guess personal acknowledgement of beauty changes throughout life.. but I am not sure if you, by saying capacity, are referring to my abillity to recognize beauty? Or do you mean my ability to "contain" beauty? - if such a trait exists at all, that is.

  • @Andmoonligth My question goes more to your innate capacity to recognize beauty. I'm not being confrontational, just curious. As an Atheist, you recognize the paradox, I assume between something that is (seemingly ?) transcendent (beautiful music), and a philosophy that says that all that exists is matter and related phenomena.

  • @Andmoonligth I was an atheist for several years. Maybe it's a call for your conversion.

  • @Andmoonligth I was an atheist for several years. Maybe it's a call for your conversion.

  • @blackchallice

Hmm perhaps. I wonder though, which one of the many religions, should I choose?

  • @Andmoonligth Isn't it obvious?

  • @blackchallice

Not quite. Just because music of the Roman Catholic Church is very beautiful, it is not given that music belonging to any other religion is less beautiful. And would I be, to judge the authenticy of a religion, on the basis of "mere" music?

  • @Andmoonligth And yet isn't music to be something that can move the soul, and is not just "mere". This music was made for something.

  • @Andmoonligth Message me, I'd love to talk to you about it :)

I agree, a religion's authenticy should not be judged on the basis of music, but rather on the basis of reason. And the Catholic faith is utterly reasonable, and the conclusion that it's true can be logically reached.

  • @Exilitas Well said

  • @Andmoonligth The Traditional, pre Vatican II Catholic Church. The only true Catholic Church left. St Pius V. Go to The Daughters of Mary website [they sing this], and link from there. God Bless.

  • @Andmoonligth Please look into the Traditional Catholic Faith. This order is Traditional. It is about all the world has left. I believe that you would embrace it. God Bless You.

  • @Andmoonligth Not a paradox, just irony. Indeed, this is a moving piece :) I (being quite Catholic) am annoyed and dismayed at a lot of what passes for liturgical music. More irony? I encourage you to search "Tantum Ergo" by Chant Corse. It may even make you want to don some armor and set out on a Crusade :D

  • @waspswatter That'd be a crusade for Secular Humanism and Agnosticism, y'know ;)

  • @Andmoonligth may be the Holy Spirit trying to stir up something in your soul

  • @Andmoonligth Amen ;) Same here

  • lovely.

  • Who drew the icon that appears at 2:24? What is it called? Great video!

  • How incredibly beautiful, and how unashamedly Catholic; that is rare in itself in these awful times.

Thank you for bringing us this wonderful piece of liturgical music, so perfectly sung.

    God and Mary with you.

  • MOM'S Pictures & song are very beautiful. I love them. I watch & watch again. Every time I do, I get new inspirations. I want the most beautiful MOM. I call HER MOM. I feel my original sin has been removed. DAD loves me: DAD has taken my personal sins away: I feel I'm with THEM in Heaven, even my body is on Earth! DAD has changed MOM for me. That's all my Salvation begins: New MOM, New Life, New Era. I owe you a lot of your help for your MOM'S most precious presentation. Many Thanks AnimeSong3.

  • Very inspiring no doubt about it! I feel like making one my self. It will be my main little prayer to the Blessed Virgin Mother of our Lord and Redeemer, Jesus Christ, To him be ALL glory and honor, forever and ever. +++ Amen.

  • This is beautiful, and it lifts my heart and mind to God. Others might have their hearts and minds lifted to God through lyrics in English, or songs written to God on guitar or the "latest CCM ballad on the charts." It is good that their hearts and minds have been lifted to God. Should the African Church not use drums? Is our musical style the only one that appeases God? Perhaps God is more concerned with our hearts, rather than the instruments and style.

  • To he who said this was Vatican II - quite the contrary. The Daughters of Mary are affiliated with the SSPV. The get it. Ratzinger doesn't. He's the anti-Catholic. If you want his 'fruits', look to any guitar-mass or solo vocal performance of the latest CCM ballad on the charts. You might hear a competent Gregorian choir - rarely - but only at a mixed conservative service. And those are being rapidly discouraged. Want a Mass, go to a Mass, not an 'ecumenical service'.

  • I loved this rendering, that I hadn't heard before, with a polyphonic setting in alternation with the plain Gregorian melody. A seminarian described it to me as the finest of the Marian hymns. Taizé's use of Latin as a unifying medium in its exceptional liturgy points to the power of Latin as a resource, a point of clarity in the heat of debate on this subject. This is without prejudice to the gains of Vatican II, itself the great force for the Church in today's world.

  • @AdamHWarren This is a pre Vatican order. Good luck finding anything of value Post Vatican II anywhere in the world. It is ALL bad. By their fruits you shall know them. The fruits of Vatican II are ALL bad.

  • @dragons1037

Vatican II was imposed by freemasons within the church. The novus ordo missae (mass of paul VI) is heretic, it is «divination» of the men, which is pagan/satanic.. It was also made by anglicans, protestants, liberals and modernists.

Saint Pius X save us !

  • @AdamHWarren This is NOT a Vatican II order Quite the Contrary.........

  • Outstanding cut from the DOM. But the graphics and captions are also very well done!

  • great!!

if you know who is the composer of this ave maria, tell me asap i'd be grateful.

  • Your videos are of spectacular beauty. Congratulations!

  • Wow, this is one of my favorite Marian daily devotions but I have never heard it sung, in Latin or English and it brought tears to my eyes. I feel like this is the element that is missing from so many Masses in the US. I just don't like the fact that the music has been so modernized and for me made to emulate the hymns of Protestants. I just miss the old school Catholic hymns like this.

  • Many Thanks - I really appreciate it!

  • @AnimeSong3 Sorry to bother with such trivialities, but where did you get the information from, that St. Bernard of Clairveaux wrote this hymn?

  • Absolutely beautiful music! Appropriately matched pictures - Great Job!
