By far, west coast has a harder time with 1300 high school in the state of california (w/ about 80% represented schools) & not only is there more schools, CA boys have to get through league, CIF individuals, CIF masters, then CIF state. Irregardless of where Sanderson was bred, there hasn't been many Sanderson's since his time. Jason Welch is a stud, winning the Dan Hodge trophy with a high school record of 194-7. But, it's true, college is a different pool. MAN>children. Check 5 counties, kids.
