dude, he was part of deee-lite for a few years. and dj's consider themselves composers. you have to know what song you want to put on after another, and how you wanna do it. then there's deciding where to cut off the bass. there's so much going on.

plus, he remixes a lot of the tracks he puts on his cd's.

and if it wasn't for his music, i wouldn't ever become a dj searchin for those forgotten artists that are behind him.

besides, most disco heads respect the shit out of this man.

dimitri from paris is great! i think that the people dancing here seem to have an ironic (unsoulful) style. the romantic, soulful and symphonic soul/disco music deserves only sensitive, fun and joyous dancers! however, good songs attracts nerdy people as well (sadly), and they seem to have "stolen" our lovely music:-(
