Thanks for posting the video snip.

Dan's plan tries to fix in six months what PAT did in two decades.

The disgrace is that it took Dan Onorato 4 years as ACE and prior as Controller and City Councilman to lift a finger.

He IS going go to Harrisburg -- but this is way, way, way too late.

Furthermore -- the PAT PLAN that was released was boneheaded.
