IM from halton, and have tried to file complaints about the police actions, where i was turned away at the door by a sgt. Halton is one of the most corrupt offices out there i swear. Evidence of this is where over 500 people from georgetown, kids and adults Rioted against Police officers for assaulting a teenage girl(breaking her wrist), the situation turned violent very fast, i only feel bad for the officer that did it, HE GOT THE BUM RUSH!
From a certain point of view being a person is easy.:"
HATE TO BREAK IT TO YOU..... according to the law and Black's legal dictionary a Natural person is a HUMAN BEING, an artificial person is a corporation. This rule was created so that HUMAN BEINGS could bring private legal action against corporations..... YOU LOSE AGAIN
@blackphonetic1 "I hear cops get sued alot." . WRONG . "The cop was out of his jurisdiction. " , NOT IF HE IS FOLLOWING AN ACTIVE INVESTIGATION OR WORKING UNDER SPECIAL DUTY, WHICH HE WAS. . "I have and it has worked for me. Fact" . PROVE IT.
Doesn't an officer have to be in uniform and on duty to do this and have that gun strapped to his body? I'd hate to see them abuse that by intimidating others on his own time.
The complaint has to be made for an investigation to follow, and such a complaint has only to be from the individual who was a party to the event with the police. It seems like a narrow contractual relationship between the individual and the cop, rather than the police having wide liability to everyone who might suffer if they fail in their duties.
Why only "complain" (thus implying a subjective status / standing to their law) when you can stand free and sovereign and make Claim in a "court of record" ( - a court proceeding according to the common law) to make sure they do not deny us our unalienable rights to travel?
Only when standing free and sovereign as one of the People (a real human being / peer) may we make claim and counterclaim in a court of record at law (common law) de jure.
Then when you said "...a complaint is needed," I mis-understood you were speaking from the context of the actions of the officers and in the past.
I thought you meant from now on a complaint is needed, in which I responded that it would better be to file suit / action at common law by making claim in a court of record,
OK. Thanks :)

I hate the double standards Mr Vasvari seems to appreciate.
Thank you, Robert, for your diligence and knowledge sharing. Without people like you, people like me could be condemned to a lifetime of ignorance and subservience under supposed authority.
You can't expect to wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at you. Just because some moistened bint lobbed a scimitar at me they'd put me away.
THAT is beautiful! THEY need an official complaint to get started for an investigation internally. There's a term of various names sometimes known as " Malicious Use of Power" or Malicious Use of Prosecution" that fits this scenario.
Easy there... Rouge police need to know that there's POTENTIAL for them getting hell. Right up front, generally speaking, it's best that if an errant officer has an opportunity to correct himself he does so rather than just kicking his ass straight away. So, you give them a chance to amend their behavior. A creditor stays in honor. I'm referring to general circumstances not specifically what Rob's talking about here.
i never implied any disrespectful acttion towards any police officer. but a freeman/soverign can hold his rights above any cop who does not respect his rights kicking a police officers ass can be done nonviolently and respectful if the person has the right mindset/attitude. and give the defacto cops hell is well within the rights of anyone as defacto by definition means not done under a lawful action.
I didn't think that you did intend any disrespect. My thought is that there are lots of different viewer for this and maybe before someone else goes off like a loose cannon the tone of what Rob is doing here doesn't change too much. I don't mean to be correcting you- just adding to it.
i appreciate your comments.i myself am just starting on this path of freeman/soverign, so all advice and comments are welcomed as a learning experience.now if another person chooses violence based on my words or the words of anyone i think they need a few sessions with a shrink. as violence can only lead to destruction.

so you didnt watch the video?
was your TV on at the same time distracting you?
playermoh 2 years ago
Of course I watched the video. What are you responding to?
As I said, a claim can be made in a court of record. No need to complain when you have standing to make claim.
OneManAndHisFiction 2 years ago
What are you responding to? was my thought when I got the email of your reply
the video is about finding out if a complaint existed prior to the officers investigating
subsequently during the phone call it was agreed that a complaint is needed to investigate
This is not a "claim" related video which is what I got from you
no ill will meant , just a rebuttal

I think that particular cop you spoke to on the phone wasn't too unfriendly, was he?
I wonder what it's like for the good cops... I'd imagine they are really ashamed of the cryptofascist cops, who are giving them a bad name.
It's basically the same all over the world... it's just a matter of degree.
