I have another one: Place some kind of a nap over it, put your hands under it, say to somebody you removed it and that they can take away the bottle and the nap at the same time. While they do, you've put your fingers on the edge of the bill and once they remove the botlle, you're simply gonna close your hand so you're holding the bill before the nap is completely removed :P

What I would have tried would have been similar to the first solution. In one of my Physics classes, my teacher did something similar with a cloth and various other items on a table by pulling downward off the edge rather than just jerking it out.
