  • Nice, sounds like your off to a good start. Much to learn, it takes time, though everyone's different. Don't be discouraged by set backs. Good vid

  • look into dr nakamats. His unusual ideas on how one should treat the physical have helped me keep from feeling physically sluggish and mentally spacey throughout the day when I practice them- he sleeps for 4 hours and eats one 700 calorie meal a day with rigorous strength training every day. I've found that 6 hours of sleep with 1000 calories and about 2 hours of weight lifting give me max energy and keep me focused and aware throughout the day.. I practice 3 hrs of meditation and try to keep

  • weather drug induced or through meditation it really helps to start by first focusing on my breath, taking slow deeper breaths, then "forget" about my breathing and focus on nothing. I start by trying to hear everything at once then close my eyes. I keep all thoughts out of my head and just listen. If I ever find myself wondering what to do with my eyes, when they're closed I try to keep them almost looking straight through my eyelids. But still keeping the whole body relaxed..

  • I have had a couple experiences like you were talking about! When I've smoked weed a couple times I've heard music similar to what you were describing when you astral traveled. Sort of techno-ish. My brain sort of created it after I heard certain sounds. They would almost get stuck on "repeat" and Then alter and echo and contrast with one another. They didn't seem to be specific but derived from the original sound that I'd heard.

I also have found that when I attempt an out of body experience,

  • can you send me frequency Hz mp3 that you used my email is gandacity@gmail.com thanks in advance

  • @gandacity i actualy didnt use a brain entrainment thing to do this, basicly just focusing my intent in combination with energy work to produce/excrete dmt from my pineal gland, the more you stay focused while continuing to project onto your pineal gland 'dmt creating vibes' eventualy it'll lead to a very vivid obe-like state where you can consiously project while awake, meaning when you've finished you can wake up useing your physical eyes and have memory of what you did

  • Is it easier to do this if your on LSD?

  • @xfireball929x i dont do drugs so i wouldnt know, plus i dont have enough understanding of the brain and how lsd works to know if it would help or not, sorry.

  • @Gigastorm123 Ahh thanks anyway :P

  • Nice video... but I have a question, I've been trying to achieve an out of body experience for a very long time. It worked out one time but as soon as I realized what was happening I started getting a panic attack, so I forced myself to open my eyes which was difficult because they were already "open." So I was just wondering if you have any advice to stay calm and not get excited/nervous during initial meditation. Thanks!

  • @aeharding the main thing to remember is that out of body travel is safe, so long as you remember that nothing can hurt you unless you let it, and even then its just scary, not really hurting you, the whole thing about the silver cord and it breaking is something you shouldnt worry about, if it was really that fragile people would be randomly dying for no aparent reason, as most of us astral travel and just forget where we went and what we did.

  • @aeharding just if fear does come up next time [and i urge you to try again if you still want to but are just afraid] remember that your fine and safe and just take baby steps, go outside, look at the moon, go back inside, notice your suroundings and then just know that you can either reunite with you body just by waking up, or focus on your feet to get back in, again im no pro, nor do i even have much experience, and i've since had a hard time recreateing the technique in this video

  • @aeharding but yeah, just relax when you acheive it, know its fine and natural, otherwise it wouldnt be happening, and know that you CAN go back into body whenever your ready, just remember to not put yourself in a fearful state of mind before going, stay confident and remember that nothing can hurt you, just play mental illusions, which somtimes are of our own making when we worry too puch, remember in the astral, imagination manifests easily, so think pleasently with positive thots

  • @aeharding one last note, when doing this dont put pressure on yourself, be relaxed about it, and know that can do so, if you allow yourself to be relaxed, and again im no pro, ive only astral traveled maybe 3 times over the last 2 years and a half, and i honestly havent put my own technique here into practice myself as my focus isnt good, meaning i derail onto other mental topics very easily, its rare for me to have much central focus on one thing at all lol

  • @aeharding on last thing i remembered, close your eyes, allow yourself to be still, and focus on the tip of your nose with your eyes closed, just allowing yourself to be calm, rather then over thinking it, like alowing the calmness of your inner being to take root and stay foward, rather then think your way through ataining calmness, im not sure if that makes sense,

  • @Gigastorm123 Thank you for the advice!

  • man i experience these things sober all the time; especially coming off psychedelics. why don't you guys do some acid to help with your meditating?

  • @cyberwaffles for some people things like that lead to expansion and createing more awareness, for me though, with the way my mind works and a natural tendancy towards addiction and dependance on pleasure, i dont want to do any kind of substance, or drugs, or alcholhal, reason though for not wanting phsychadelics is because i feel i could get 'swept away' on the feeling it'd create and lose myself, again, for everyone its different, but for me i think id find it hard to come back

  • @Gigastorm123 you look like derek trucks, he's a kick ass guitarist. i had to say that but do you have a certain faith, if i may ask

  • @megajames3000 i dont have a certain religious faith as much as i have a faith in the existence of things we cant perceive with our 5 senses alone, iam into certain beleifs from bhudism and various energy medicine practices concerning chakras and meridians, alot of what im into is just self realisation combined with learning about stuff along the way that fits in. essentialy i support the idea of us all working towards being the best aspects of ourselves with a positive outlook

  • @megajames3000 so basicly its a combination of things based of stuff i learn and makeing connections between them just by noticing similarities or how they can be applyed to one another or through daily living, but i dont follow any of these ideas religiously, other then that i have faith in existense of things beyond 5 senses tangability

  • @Gigastorm123 i see. you're a wise person, you should look into philosophy. like stuff by plato and socrates to start.

  • DAMN GET TO THE POINT I COULD NOT MAKE IT TO THE END MAKE IT SIMPLE FOR SIMPLE PEOPLE LIKE ME

  • @rocky031 id make another that just gets to the basics, but part of my rambling is to thouroughly detail the experience so people know what to expect, so just be patient ;)

  • Max, add me on Facebook. Rick happy shaman Bailey.

  • Omg YES!! Hollow Earth!! I will go there with you =D

  • Good for you! Thanx for sharing! It MAY inspire me to share my experiences with simple awareness in meditation. In the past few days I am able to sense a ball of energy that I can move around my body. I can amplify it with positive thoughts. I'm pretty much at the beginning of my journey, (tho Ive been meditating on and off (mostly off) for at least 5 years. I have a lot of stones and also, only recently have I been sensitive to its vibration. As well as tingling, center, above my eyes. namaste

  • Great video. I think we're able to talk more deeper about this. Add me on Facebook, my name Is Max Stryker.

  • Interesting bideo. It's kind of funny that you mentioned the finger tapping technique to improve the pineal gland. I thought of the same thing a couple of weeks ago. I think if you practiced Taijiquan or Pakua Chang that may also help in overcoming unwanted habits. Just an opinion though.

  • that is some strong anti bipolar medication

  • Nice video. Thank you for sharing.

  • Sir thanks for posting this. I watched this video last night before my sleep meditation and holyshit.... I began chanting for the higher planes after 10 minutes and my closed eyed visuals (blackness behind my lids) started focusing and I could see anther setting or room. It felt like i was moving through an elevator, except it wasn't just up, it was also forward.
