I got Level 56 without losing a life and then the game decided not load the next level. it still had the road spikes on the ground and wouldn't let me go onto the next level

@tvdude12301 try using bloons trainer, and skip to the highest possible level, 512. You get BFBs so close that some of them overlap the exact same frame, and every frame that they travel is being used. This lasts for about four minutes.

Bloons Tower Defense 4 I think is much too easy. I was at level 102 when I stopped playing because of how slow it was running. I timed it, it was 3 seconds between each frame change. But at that point the bloons didn't make it past the first turn in the map. Only BFBs (and their resulting bloons) made it to the second turn.

Pineapples can pop the Lead Balloons so you dont really need cannons to beat it but its better :D

well. lead balloons appear at like wave 17. and they appear freaquently afterwords.... so cannon's (or boomarand monkeys with thermite) are better

I got further using only dart monkeys. Seriously there's no reason to get anything else. A cannon costs almost 800, for instance, while a dart monkey costs 270. Is the minor splash of the cannon worth 3 dart monkeys? Keep in mind that the cannon fires slower than the monkeys, and there is no concept of damage with towers in this game (they all do 1 damage) so only attack speed and splash factor in.

Oh and range, and IIRC, the cannon also has a shorter range than the dart monkey.

most def. i love the tack shooters upgraded to blade shooters they are most efficient and i usually stick to one cannon right in the beginning to take care of the lead bloons and use the catapult upgraded to the 3 spiked balls and the juggernaut...just a few of those will help alot =) plus i take advantage of the monkey beacon so i can call for a monkey strike, to concertrate on the MOAB's
