  • /watch?v=uLBAj10GyLM for HD

  • 240p...... why?

  • Possibly the ultimate shred.

  • pfff,i can do it way worse

  • This isn't about the pics quality.

This is about music, it only requires you to LISTEN

  • @Oplauso eggs-zackly

  • That intro is total Apocalypse!

  • Why didn't you ad the lyrics to the video?

  • the drums sound awful

  • @Estevarium I agree (even though I've hear much worse), but it's strange, because I thought the drums on say, "You don't Remember, I'll Never Forget" sounded great, and it's the same album. Maybe the sound engineer just was better at getting a good sound out of the drums when they were slower? You can't bury fast drums in reverb, after all.

  • xD Master

  • He must be using gilette strings and guitars; he sounds razor sharp.

  • I'm your new God little boys, I'm just amazing, check this shit!

  • ahhh 6:18 !!!!!!!!

  • 2:28 For The Acoustic Magic Music ==> ( i like )

  • Sagrada Família

  • This guy can really play..

  • the riff at 3:45 onwards reminds me of Diary of a Madman a lil bit, similar guitar tone i think too

  • I know that many people dislike Malmsteen for various reasons but there can be no denying his contribution to music over many years and his dedication to his particular style of music. He is a master of his genre.

  • I'm learning this song and I can tell it's pretty damn hard! Malmsteen totally deserves his world recognition.

  • 3:15 - 3:45 is without doubt one of the best pieces of music I've ever heard. Yngwie's a mastermind.

  • @DrScary most definitely!

  • id love to here the duelling solos but both parts played on guitars

  • @jameswoodLZ4L you should definitively check out Cacophony if you haven't already. Friedman and Becker are kings of the dueling/harmony neoclassical solos.

  • @AlexanderKing1988 ive always been into friedman and im loving beckers now aswell (so sad about him though :'( ) but any song i see from cacophony sound slike crap not them just the singing and lyrics, i hate that fat singer lol

  • Funny story, as i was watching this my heart exploded.

  • Anyone know why some songs off this album aren't on youtube anymore? (Magic Mirror for example)

  • @clem070605 Buy the album? I just did.

  • like video game music, final fantasy, mega man, or castlevania.

  • 素晴らしい!

  • great pic quality, did u upload them with a calculator?

  • @infectionsman Hahaha that's one of the most hilarious comments I've ever seen.

  • @Death8498 i aim to entertain ;)

  • Comment removed

  • so awesome haha

  • @infectionsman have you come here to listen music or to watch pics?

  • @metallica961025 both and i am dissapoint

  • @infectionsman If you look at the video quality, it's 240p. The creator used shitty image quality because it makes the video load MUCH more quickly, it's something that barely anyone ever does, but everyone should do

  • When Malmsteen played this live a dragon swooped over head and he shot it down with fireballs shrouded in lightning with this song.

  • this was one of the first albums i bought by malmsteen i loved it like i loved all of them he truly loves music. just watch him with japanese philharmonic.

  • Ингви-величайший гитарист!!!Волшебные звуки гитары,виртуз каких поискать!!!

  • perfect yngwie, oh sorry, perfect god,

  • @Imbroken6544 Hey now come on, he's alright, but he's no yngwie malmsteen.

  • @ExilLarkdanx

Big time! =D Nobody is allowed to have an opinion, except me of course, because the world revolves around me! For sure!

  • wow! 666 like!

  • Its normal to orgasm when hearing this, right?

  • the guitar virtuoso from SWEDEN, yes he can...thank you4the wonderful music and videos. I also like Paganini, llobet;Chopin, Liszt, etc

  • Yngwie pute Eddie Van Halen to shame lol.......is he polish? or English? Or just any European or what? his name is just so strange lol

  • Yngwie Malmsteen plays the guitar. He is good.

  • Actually the dislikes are people who cant understand or will not consider anything other than mainstream.

  • i just learned 0:01 to 0:39 it's much easier than it sounds. it's giving me carpel tunnel with the 10-gauge strings i use though lol.

  • Say what you want about this arrogant twat, but this album is the dog bollocks and none of you can deny it with any conviction......

  • @Hardysamnin

Nope he still plays better than you, you dont even need to prove anything.

  • @chinchek What???

  • @Hardysamnin

What do you have against him really? what has he done to you?? Nothing, unless you have something you want to share, other than that, you are just a random hater because he is better than you at guitar. Nothing else. His confidence annoys you? Than thats your problem!

  • @chinchek - Ok first off, go fuck yourself you stupid cunt. Secondly, my comment said his talent is without doubt, it's not even up for debate, this is one of the greatest albums I've ever heard. Another thing that is without question is his insufferable arrogance. There are plenty of musicians far more talented that know the meaning of the word humble. I'm not a 'hater', I love this guys music, he is an annoying cunt though. So fuck you, that's just my opinion. And one shared by many.

  • @Hardysamnin

Relax, are you going to be ok? Your opinion stinks btw, and thats my opinion. Your opinion is pretty ignorant too. You must of lived through Y. Malmsteems life and understand everything about him. lol

  • @chinchek "A random hater because he's better than me on guitar" Stupid cunt I write a list as long as my arm of players better than me but I don't think they're arrogant wankers, some are of course, just none azs intolerable as this guy.

  • @Hardysamnin

I'm just picking at you man, do you really think i give a rats ass about your opinion, and vice-versa?. Ya he is arrogant, but i dont let that get to me. I listen to what he has to offer, i dont care about his life. Peace, \m/

  • @Hardysamnin If Yngwie's so intolerable with actually having true talent and skill then why are you on his page? Oh wait that's right, he's just so damn good he makes you get pissed at how awesome he is because you're one jelly son of a beach with a small peepee. Get over yourself and enjoy the music you wish you could even think of composing.

  • @Sweetzorz Show me anywhere that I question the mans ability. He's class, that's not up for debate.

  • @Hardysamnin When you say 'insufferable arrogance' you're basically implying that he's intolerable to listen to. If you care so much about his playing that you need to bring what you THINK is his life into the equation, you're clearly a jealous homosexual who needs to get over himself and get a bigger penis. His talent is obvious, and yes, I read that you said that. But there's no point in listening to his music if who he was actually bothered you, because then you wouldn't want to support him.

  • @Sweetzorz You strange person.... You can twist this whichever way your gay fan boy mind wants to twist it. Yngwie is an awesome guitar player and composer. He is however, so far up his own arsehole that it's mindblowing. Take that however you want but he, like you, are a complete cunt.

  • @Hardysamnin And you aren't? I don't see how your logic makes sense unless you enjoy saying negative things about yourself, which, in this case, would then make any point you tried to make invalid because you're just stupid to sit here and bitch about yourself. But you're probably like the rest of America who doesn't understand half the shit thrown their way anyways.

  • @Sweetzorz Firstly, it's obvious to even the most stupid of people that I'm not talking about myself, not any other guitar player. I'm talking about Yngwie off stage and out of the studio. Secondly, I'm not American, so try again.

  • @Hardysamnin Didn't say you were American. Try again. But anyways, if you understood even the most simple logic of the English language, you would see how you just made yourself look like a complete dumbass. Good job. <3

  • @Sweetzorz " But you're probably like the rest of America who doesn't understand half the shit thrown their way anyways." Fuck off you annoying fucktard ;)

  • @Hardysamnin Where does that say you're American? I said like, not is. But okay, your fail is appreciated. Gives me more lulz from trolling you over nothing. And no, me saying 'rest' in that sentence doesn't say you're American, because that term isn't related to you, it's put there against you to prove a point. But clearly your IQ isn't above 80 so you can't even think of anything else to say but think that what I said it wrong, because that's what failtrolls do.

  • @Sweetzorz Failtroll? I'm trolling nothing, I'm stating a simple undeniable fact. Malmsteen is an arrogant cunt. Why compare me to "The rest of America" if you don't think I'm American? You really need to read your dribble before you click post dude.

  • @Hardysamnin I compare you to the rest of America because I'm from America. I don't know what the generalized community likes or anything else really of pretty much every other place in the world because I'm from and live in America. And you passed the point of being a troll when you decided to be ignorant and stick by your point with nothing to back it up, because that's what trolls do. But yeah, you should try understanding common sense before you babble.

Maintenant chut. Sinon j'te démonte en anglais.

  • @Hardysamnin

    you're funny.

  • @ExilLarkdanx Yeee i think his first album is so goddam good, if he could just do something awesome like that again thatd be so cool you know

  • Yngwie...I got it... :-)

  • to bad it all went downhill from this album =[

  • lastima que hace años no tiene buenas ideas

  • where is the yngwie button hehe

  • Let haters hate. Don't be an attention whore to look like a hero-fan in front of other fans.

  • Greatest neo-classical instrumental ever recorded.

  • @sixpenceguy nooooooot quite :)

  • hating is stupid, so please if you dont like a video, shut the fuck up and go away because its stupid to go to videos you dont like

and if your stupid enought to comment just to annoy people then you are just imature... peoples opinions wont change based on comments on youtube...

    dear haters:

    just fucking die...

  • Yngwye and Eddie, on top of the world !!!!!!!!!!!! Rock on Yngwye !

  • @evander5150 eddie van halen is awesome and all, but hes nothing compared to yngwie... im a vh fan but i have to admit edies WAYYYYYYY overrated and there are plenty of guitrists from the same era that are way better, but yea hes still awesome lol

  • @evander5150

    you spelled yngwie wrong... twice.

  • @GoodMetalFTW

    sorry man...take it easy :-)

  • @evander5150

no need to be sorry, i thought it was funny.

  • This awesome shit should please fans of guitar shredding AND Castlevania.

  • @SoaringTrumpet aww hell yeah

  • I read an interview with him that says that he used to hire bassists to play the parts he had written, but got tired of teaching the bassists his parts and just plays all the bass himself on recordings.

  • magic song

  • @BoiledFingers Been listening to this for decades. Still brings me out in a sweat. When he's trading with johannsen, his answer at 2:02 just melts my brain. Malmsteen..there simply is no substitute. He plays bass on this too - awesome.

  • @BoiledFingers Been listening to this for decades. Still brings me out in a sweat. When he's trading with johannsen, his answer at 2:02 just melts my brain. Malmsteen..there simply is no substitute. He plays bass on this too - awesome.

  • He plays teh bass on this , btw.

  • This is really cool, but I don't like the guitar tone. I like his delayed reverby tone alot more. Just sounds more epic I guess. That's why I like him,he's way epic. i love epic shit.

  • @bronsonbaker It's too fast of a song to have a delay or too much reverb. It would mash all the notes together and sound like Artax dieing slowly in the Swamp of Sadness.

  • @ShaolinDeadlyGamers I feel you,but a small amount would have went a lot further in tone.

  • @ShaolinDeadlyGamers Wow, I actually know that reference!

  • impresionante yngwie es un dios

  • PURE BACH (J.S.) !!!!

  • this is a masterpiece.

  • bass is written as a foundation, and complimentary to the guitar parts. It's almost like the bass is the gtr played in slow motion. lol

  • What is Yngwie saying in the speech bubble?

  • Agh!!.. 6:17 - 6:25. That's Power..

  • Now I have to mop up my face.....

  • Yngwie Played all the bass on this album and alot of albums. He hires bass players when he goes on the road.

  • @agthunder69 I think he just writes the bass parts.

  • @megaluisdeth how does he just write the bass parts?

  • @anotherguitarist22 He writes out the bass, on a note sheet, then he shows it to a bass player so he can play it.

  • @megaluisdeth no, cause Yngwie plays with great bass players who can listen to it and figure it out...

  • @Omegapocalypse He said like that in an interview that he likes to write the parts out like bach and shit....

  • @megaluisdeth that's true, yes...

  • @megaluisdeth

Yngwie Malmsteen – electric guitar, acoustic guitar, Moog Taurus, bass guitar, mixing, production

    From wikipedia :)

  • I heard that the god begged malmsteen to teach him play that awesome!

but he refused cause this would be over god's capabilities.

  • I fucking love 4:04

  • Como cuantas notas por click a 280 bpm creen que necesite un guitarrista para tocar esta cancion? HOW MANY NOTES ARE NEEDED TO PLAY AS WELL AS YNGWIE MALMSTEEN?

  • malmsteen es un verdadero dios

  • This is the greatest composition by one of the most skilled guitarists on the planet.

  • this guy is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • learn people, thi is music.

  • yngtwie shred all shredders he kll em all

  • @MrYngwie88 Negative on that...

  • @ericgenocidex2 hahha yngwie is the best no ofense like jasn becker marty friedman steve vai and the others but its something special with yngwie without him i would not play guitar , he is the best , but sure there are many good guitarists out there

  • My mind can't keep up with it!

  • eight fucking noob XD

  • has yngwie ever mentioned steve morse as an influence? i sure hear hear it.

  • If I learned to play the first 14 seconds of this song, at the right speed, without it sounding like crap, my life would be complete.

  • One of the best instrumental music track has ever writen!

  • 8 people pressed dislike because Yngwie plays to fast and they couldn't process

  • @veveu11 woooooooooow

  • All the love for Yngwie. I've owned this since it came out. But I've gotta say, the little part at 1:44 always sounds like it doesn't belong with the rest. It sounds as if Yngwie let his student play that part or something. Then you hear Yngwie take over for him afterward again.

"Wow, that was great! Thanks, Mr. Malmsteen! You're the greatest!" "No problem, kid. Now run along, I gotta finish this track and then go prank call 5150 Studios again."

  • @UnforgivingCritic, who cares?

  • someone said its not that good ?????

jesus man what planet do you live on, because this guy is a top 5 guitar player on this one i live on... why he is not coveted as such , has nothing at all to do with his Talent... trust me

  • Insanely fast but with soul, that's Yngwie's trademark.

So much respecto for this guy...

  • its not that good. Its like Yngwie is just rocking out off a backtrack.

  • @UnforgivingCritic

The thing with Yngwie Malmsteen is the backing instruments are not important other than to keep a beat. People listen to Malmsteen to hear his godlike guitar powers, not to listen to the drummer or bassist.

  • @nethackpro i guess so.. its not a band anyway.. he's a solo artist.. unlike Dream Theater, Symphony X, Racer X..

  • @UnforgivingCritic

true, but john petrucci, michael romeo, and paul gilbert have all released at least 1 solo album.

  • @nethackpro The bass on some Yngwie songs is pretty wicked, like on Icarus Dream or Arpeggios From Hell.

  • @nethackpro That's not completely true. I loved listening to Rising Force

  • why is the top rated comment mocking yngwie? It's like haters come in here just to leave comments, while the fans are busy practicing.

  • @Biake22 i still think the comment *LOOK HOW FAST I CAN PLAY A HARMONIC MINOR SCALE MOM* is awsome, infact once i learn to play this at full speed im going up to my mom and yelling......

LOOK HOW FAST I CAN PLAY A HARMONIC MINOR SCALE MOM >:D
