I own both gran turismo 5 and forza 3 and i can say from experiencing both that gran turismo was a huge let down.. all those years in development and the gam feels rushed and half finished, an earlier comment mentions the graphics on the gran turismo cars and from seeing them some of the gran turismo 4 cars looked better than some of them, were as forzas cars all have the same quality and the game actually feels finished

Yes GT5 has over 1000 cars but 800 of them are from previous GT games and most look awful whereas Forza 3 has 500 fully modelled cars of good quality.

@VeyronboyV1 GT5 has better graphics than Forza 3 but the reason is very simple - Forza 3 is older than GT5, so this argument of better graphics cannot be used i think! and the most important part is GT5 is a SIMULATION and Forza 3 is a RACING GAME. both are special in their own ways and great games. You shouldn´t forget that! and yes unfortunatley many cars in GT5 are taken from GT4 but honestly i have fun with GT5 even though! The 300 cars that have details overall look awesome :D

@VeyronboyV1 i agree! you can almost fully customize your vehicles, and you are right, veyronboy1, the cars have a very high quality look! you can't even see the polygon points, no matter how hard you look. speaking of previous gt games, is there any way to hack a ps3 to read ps2 games? the reason i ask is because the ps3 is compatible with ps1 and it's own games, but not ps2 games for some odd reason. i think it may be the way the ps2 was programmed. anyway, just wondering.

Forza 3 is gonna be amazing, DiRT2 looks cool also, Blur looks a bit odd, and GT5 seems alright, the problem i have with GT5 is the NASCAR part. if you look closely, theres only the 11, 14, 24, 48, 55, and 88 cars. every other car is a repainted clone. and theyre probably only gonna have like 5 NASCAR tracks.
