I dont get why you dont use the dragonrend to prevent the dragon from flying off the ground? You always use it after it flys off and then have to chase it. Dragonrends cooldown is shorter than the debuff duration. Also why you never block spells/dragon breaths with shield, you got the elemental blocing perk. This would save you a lot of trouble.

@ANormalGuy no they really don't, a sword is only characterized by its length. also in skyrim, a sword can be determined and differentiated from a dagger by A. its weight, and B. its damage, both of which make that sword with 20 absorb health and stamina, a sword not a dagger, unless you weren't talking about that sword, but regardless swords definitely do not need a guard to qualify as a sword, although yes the major majority have them.

your epic mace, 73+10(fire)=83 total damage. the sword you don't want, exquisite 53+20(absorb)=73 total damage, increase it to epic using a potion of blacksmithing +20ish damage, total damage =93, along with increasing your health when you hit someone and increasing your stamina when hitting someone. just saying.

@dreimartindrums don't get me wrong, i completely agree that he should keep the mace and he can do whatever he would like, but I'm just stating that the sword is actually a better weapon than his mace (comparing specifically those weapons only with no other factors). I only wanted to point out the damage difference and enchantment benefit that he assumed was not a good option. but my comment did seem like i was bashing him for selling it and using his mace still.
