  • 本当に白バイ警官なん?もしそうなら日本の白バイ警官の方が圧倒的に凄いテクニックだな。

  • Please don't take this comment the wrong way; because I love Harleys and v-twins like them; but I always wondered why the police forces don't utilize the lighter-weight bikes for performance? Wouldn't that give them an even greater edge since they're already skilled with these mean machines? I had a 450lb. 750cc bike which was easy to ride, and it didn't need to be 1000 or 1200cc to make it go since it was lighter. I'd think it would be preferable. Any thoughts?

  • It is impressive. Not every person can turn a sharp u-turn with confidence, skill and make it look easy at the same time. :)

  • is this really that old or dude they just use the awesome 80's action show music because. lol

  • the winner takes home a dozen donuts!

  • as exciting as a dog shitting on your lawn

  • Dude that are BMW´s cant you tell by the boxer motor!

  • What kind of bikes are those? Looks like a BMW K1200?

  • I think new ones are BMW R1100RT and old ones are Kawasaki K1000.

  • No its the R1200 RT. And this thing is a tank! Weighs about 400 kg!

  • whats up q the music?

  • first song is from the CHiPs show from the 80's. 2nd is Mission Impossible. man i feel old LOL

  • lol your age is just a number it doesnt mean anything lol just a number lol

  • these cops are hella weak. japanese bike cops pwn all.

  • jap cops are damn good...but ive only seen them use honda 750's...which are like 400lbs...i can do half of these cone exercises on my vfr 800 too...

wheelcop is right though..it's all about your head and forward vision

  • why would you call them "weak" when they are using bikes that weigh 2 times as much?

  • ohfuck, needs less special effects. D:

  • correct bro. the effects and music blow

  • Nicely done!! Head and eyes is the secret....look down=go down!!

  • too many special effects

  • if they chase u, you might as well pull over

  • Those bikes look so heavy though with all the police gear on them.

  • @gibbletz Yea, the BMW R1150RT is 620 lbs with a full tank (that's without the added police equipment) ☺

I have a de-commission 2003, (with the CHP equipment removed). It handles really well for being a heavy bike. Although a 95 hp boxer twin engine, it puts out 74 ft lbs of torque (same as the 140 hp 4 cylinder Japanese sport bikes). Great acceleration up to 120 mph after that a 4 banger will pull away to higher speeds.

  • @viggoM35 Your analysis is right on, Buddy! :D Nobody should attempt to go over 140 anyways unless it's an emergency. So the people riding 4 cylinder ones have a death wish. It's not real fun. Real fun stays under 120 anyway. I am in no way ashamed to say that I use bikes properly.

  • Very nice, those folks have some great skills - I try to tell people that the bike cops had great skills this video shows them off - they are not just cops they are riders too. Well done!

  • love the chips tune, the not as good as Japanese cops

  • i always thought that those big, heavy, awkward bikes would be just that. Big, heavy, and awkward. but i have been proven wrong once again!

  • Those Beamers are anything but awkward. I've got the R1100RT, which is just the older version of the R1150RT. I love it!

  • the bikes on the video. that was shot early last year so my department, Chandler uses kawasakis and the honda st1100

  • what bikes are they using???

  • KZ1000's BMW R1150 RTP and Honda ST1100.

  • you're talking about now, right? or are you referring to the bikes they are using on the video?

  • this video is better than mine but the music sounds like the audio on a vhs seconds before the tape gets eaten

  • haha. That's what I get for using music off the web

  • Yeah for sure, I woulda dropped my sabre 1100 fjust starting in the first turn. The last rider Taylor incestigated an accident when I got hit from behind by a caddillac in my taurus wagon.

  • You can do those things too... just takes knowing how and practice.

  • @koolblkguy Sorry bout the rear-end accident (probably no accident but neglagence on the part of the person who hit you; as usual, but) I saw the best invention yesterday on a chopper, which was a flashing light on the back- activated every time either brake lever is depressed. This allows the operator to have greatly increased control by not having to "tap" or "pump" their brake lever lightly to warn people behind them they are about to really brake; invaluable! All ought own this.

  • They handle the big bikes well, not as fast as Japanese cops on their interceptors tho

  • That Japanese video you refer to is ligther, lower disp bikes with larger radius curves. Same lean angle but not as tight. It's called a gymkana course.
