  • you can see he makes them do warm ups and stretching exercises. that will prevent a lot of injuries.

  • @supersaid23 GOOD. We need more of these men's fitness only all over San Diego. I can't believe how many sissy mary mommy and me women' s only workout crap they have. I got out of 24 hour fitness ALOOONG time ago. Made up my own routine. Tire flip, pull up bar, dip bar, log PT, Kettle balls, cynder block lifts, push up, sit up, and a pilates machine for more abs and upper body. Then a dummy drag and tire pull. All in rotation about 3 times, sometimes different combinations, YES
