They encourage charities and bakesales of communities to actually help the hospital! Healthcare in Canada was started by Tommy douglas a freemason and so is barack obama. I'm amazed at what this "reform" has become. It is a gross, cancerous mutation of something that started out as a reasonable idea. As I stated in response to one TYT video, this is not healthcare reform- it's a mandatory contribution to the revenue of private insurance companies. They bear no risk whatsoever (and hence, no incentive to reduce costs). It's the WORST possible alternative that our government could have come up with.
