I have the same phone... And it froze today... It said that it was looking for service... And it just stopped. It died... And now I have to save up for a new phone. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE ANYONE! It freezes all of the time, and turns off all by itself.

personally i think its an ok phone but there are many more that are way better... there are a couple of things i dont like, that even when on silent it does this beeping sound when you recieve a text or something....its also big and bulky, and third of all it randomly turns off... however its very tough i have dropped it various times and it still works

@AGenericAccount It won't on silent mode, that aside, it'll beep anytime your doing something and you receive another text.

@iTyler79 I don't think so, I've been trying to turn it off for the longest time, but then in meeting mode it doesn't vibrate so then i don't realize my phone gets unlocked, then I call 911 by accident... IMO it's a shitty phone, and I wish i got the Keybo.

@AGenericAccount you can turn that off it annoyed me too. hold down the star button when its not opened up. that will make it in vibrate all mode and it wont beep at those times

@AGenericAccount put it on silent, tehn hold the * buttoin down and itll go on vibrate mode. it willl no longer beep. to put on silent, go to settings....sounds... ringer type...meeting/silent mode...on

My slyde screen has just broke and my phone is only 2 months old, grrr im soo pissed, i talked to telus and they said its physical damadge and they wont replace it, even though it wasnt physical damadge. So now im out $150 dollars, so anyone with this phone, keep that in mind

take out the battery see if that works if not you can bring it back and they will probably give you a new one and they might be able to transfer your contacts

Maybe you also have to go to tones or ringtones or whatever for texts and change it to none. because if you didnt do that then it will still ring and now vibrate too. So try changing the tone for texts to none.

I have the same problem.. that's the way the phone it.. it's sucky, it only beeps if you have something opened, i.e. texting another friend, looking at photos. So the only way to get it to stop beeping is turn the phone to silent/meeting mode.. but be aware that this turns EVERYTHING to silent including ringer.. no vibration, the other way is just to remember to exit back to the menu.. haha this means no texting during class and stuff.

thats the one touch navigation. It comes with the mobile carrier sprint. Since this is in Canada, we dont have sprint. Thus the no one touch navigation. Most of the rant reviews youve probably seen have the phone with sprint which is why they have that feature. Unfortunately you cant get that with canada at all
