  • DELTA EIGHT NINER ZERO READY FOR TAKE OFF.

  • delta should make jet engines

  • I'll give you three gtx 580 lightening editions if you can put your finger through these 2200rpm fans at full speed :D. Dude seriously though HOLY SHIT.

  • These days CPU power is cheap and plentiful enough that you don't need such obscene fans for overclocking to wring every last megahertz out of your CPU. A decade ago I got an "AMD Duron" (yes I know it sounds like a brand of condom) cos it was cheap and not far off the performance of an Athlon/P3. The revolutionary "Thermoengine V60-4210" heatsink had just been released so I got one and purchased a 60mm Delta "SHE" fan for it - I got 400Mhz extra but it sounded like a freaking vacuum cleaner!!!

  • @sl9sl9 these are used for server computers.

  • WTF!!!1 u crazy... a lot of fan for what? buy a big case of corsair!!! whave a good wair flo and a lot of space!!!! :P

  • can u get those fans as led, i have 6 fans im my comp just that 1 delta fan could probly cool my hole pc its that much more powerfull lol, what rpm do delta fans run at? and what do the normal fans run at.

  • @sylar1989 This fan seems to be a PFC1212DE which runs around 5,500 rpm, most 120 mm run around 1,200 to 1,900 although this fan draws around 5 amps vs the normal .4 amps. these move around 252 CFM vs the normal 63 CFM. these cost around 36-50 $ and can be found on ebay. ^_^

  • @bait28 might get a few of these got 6 normal led fans in my comp probs 1 or 2 of these would cool it better loltho they might be pretty noisy.

  • can you still buy these, I want to buy one so I can put it under my very hot graphics card

  • @elvedin999 yes, ebay for around 36 $, search PFC1212DE

  • that sound makes my ears bleed -_-

  • now if only delta could make them quieter they'd be the top fan company

  • HAHA thats sick.. btw you need to do some cable management bro :)

  • good thing there is a guard on that fan. I have a san ace 80 that cuts skin and brought a tear to my eye

  • Hold your camera in.

    Have fun! :D

  • What happened to graphics card shroud.

  • how much do these noise beggars actually cool?

  • Nice cable managment

  • WITH MY EARPHONES ON THIS FAN IS 140 DECIBELS !!!!!!

  • sounds like a fucking airport.

  • I think those Vantec Tornado fans I see there are much louder that that 120mm delta :P

  • the fan is alive !!

  • your pc case was last seen above the arctic circle lowlz

  • I don't understand how this is "hilarious". I have the 190cfm model, the reason why Deltas are so great is they're a lot more efficient than traditional consumer fans. So if you use a fan controller, they produce great cfm at lower voltage at lower dba than most fans you can buy. And if you ever find your case overheating, you can crank it up for few seconds to cool it down. Its nice to have Deltas in your arsenal. I'd like to have 4 to 6 of them on my side panel when I eventually mod it.

  • all i can say is what the heck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I loved that comment at the end haha!

  • It's ALIVE!

  • hahahaha i was thinking about getting a couple of these... i herd they were loud and i dont really mind loud at all. BUT THIS FAN!!! if i put even one in my case there is no way anyone in my house would sleep..

  • Let it fly..

  • You might as well use a vacuum cleaner. I'm a huge metal fan (pun intended) but this is horrible.

  • That makes my 150 mm fan sound quiet xD

  • I had a Nidec fan a bit like taht (probably louder). It didnt have a fan grill guard

i soldered a massive speed reduction switch to it.

i tested the switch, the fan went mad and ate half my finger and half of my computer

well im never gunna do that again. I lost that much blood i almost passed out

  • The fan is like : "OMG NO!! NOT THIS SHITTY COMPUTER AGAIN!!!!" * fan tries to blow itself away*

  • @ultrawaregamestudios

It eventually broke away, and flew out of my window, committing suicide. :-(

  • The RPM is... is... 0_0

    IT IS OVER 9000

  • @vinny9er WHAT 9000! xD

  • sounds like its time for some over volting! gotta break the magic 1000CFM barrier!

  • 200 mph across ur case lol

  • is that nvidia or ati 5970 card without the plasic parts |! hehe nice pc build !

  • cable management fail

  • They need to put those in Xbox 360's :D

  • 0:53

    lol socks

    XD

  • I am buying two Delta fans for my Gamer Rig. My AMD 955 OC to 3.9Ghz can get hot sometimes even with liquid cooling. These should get that heat away from the radiator and allow my computer to fly at the same time. Go 240+ CFMs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Aerospacesmith Dual Scythe Ultra 3000 with megahalems here. Fuck watercooling.

  • @Aerospacesmith Check your radiators designed CFM flow instead of using deltas.

  • @Aerospacesmith if you are going water cooled and getting delta, just get an H50. you would have CRAZY good temps.

  • LOOOL , sounds like a drill xD ... but i don't mind all the noise :P .

  • why the FUCK would you want a airplane engine on your computer

  • the pc is a mess

  • CaptainSensible?? I'm basking in the irony... ahhh.

  • At rpms like that you better watch your fingers.

    You could easily lose one.

  • Too right! If i had one i'd put filters on both sides of the fan just to play safe

  • I got my Deltas powered by solar panels for noisy cooling in summer :)

    For me not the computer

  • oh if its a delta fan im sure it'll be crazy,

His box sounds like a Blender.

Oh hey beware of the amperage draw, I ended up having to use a external 12v 2.0A adapter on his Xbox,

It would turn off after an hour or so with them super delta fans plugged in.

No red screen or errors, it'd just turn off and stay off for awhile, figure pulling to many amps through the fan circut when it felt some heat.

  • Looks like a bunch of SATA cables expoded in your computer...

  • hah yup i exchanged by buddies xbox fans out with two tiny delta LR2's and his box has yet to burn out (i still maintain that it will, it's his 3rd xbox since they came out)

Should really check out 120V AC powered Fans. Most are Steel or Aluminum and push in excess of 130-140Cfm.

Wickedly dank wind speeds, and they still function when you turn your case off (ghetto rigged me a 120v fan controller w/ a dimming knob, relay and rocker switch)

So they'll cool your components off after its off.

  • Im sure that I want one of those! :D

  • WTF?

  • put wheels on it, so it can roll around lol

  • @syst3m08 Or drag u, U dont need to wlk any more lol xD

  • My fan is faster. Check my vids out.

  • well atleast you alway knew when your fans were working lol, thats one thing a fan that makes a hell of a noise and moves along is moving tons of air

  • LMFAO

  • it could fly lol

  • Delta air? lol

  • Are you sure that isn't a part of your vacumcleaner?

  • put ur finger into the fan

  • ur finger is gone XD

  • It's trying to get away!

  • try making your PC into a hovercraft with those fans :)

  • my old pc had a delta fan.. was the loudest thing on earth i swear

  • i almost cut my finger on a delta fun once..

  • wow that sounds like a fucking plane taking off in your room

  • That's actually a bad thing.

  • why? noise makes me feel warm

  • is that a server?

  • Nah, it was just my PC in my old Lian Li V2000 case.

My new build has much less junk in it.

  • Its alive!!!

  • lets race em!!!

  • Dude... that thing will bite your cock off! :p

  • I didn't.

I plugged it into a molex on the PSU.

Deltas like that shouldn't be run from the mobo at all. :P

  • Comment removed

  • @CaptainSensible Right, I plugged mine in and my motherboard's bios came up with an power error :)

  • True, but it was only a molex connector, its only really an issue if your connecting SATA, IDE, or PCI etc etc when its on, when I was little (not really little, but younger) I pulled out a PCI card while my pc was on and it shut down lol.

  • What is the point with a fan like that? haha :P It's insane!

  • Yeah, they are totally crazy. I got sick of all the noise, and don't use them anymore.

    Powerful as hell though.

  • @CaptainSensible These are for server room only.

  • EXTREME overclockers use it

    i'm considering one

  • thats insane, lol

  • that fan better do its damn job lol. and that was some shitty cable management lol glad to hear it is better now lol
