  • What's the amps coming from your power supply. I have a battery sitting here ready to be used tonight, but I'm trying to figure out what amperage i need from the battery. The power supply that came with the Trends is 3 amps, does anyone know if that's the max?

  • I don't have the equipment to test it (sears volt meter with a clamp). The battery in the video is a 12V 12Ah battery. I never ran it long enough to kill it or make a dent in the charge and I've ran it for 4 hours several times. Keep a voltmeter on your battery. Don't let it go under 12V. A 12V battery has a linear charge: 13V is fully charged, 12.5V is 50% charged, 12.2V is 20% charged and 12V is dead. Never let it go below 12V or you will ruin the battery possibly forever.

  • hi how hi can i go (wattage) wish with the trend amp??? im thinking ceiling speakers for the bedroom.

  • This amp is rated 2x15 watts. It'll power most speakers with sufficient and well-controlled bass, even floor speakers. For $150 you can't lose.

  • Nice Set up!!!

Have you seen the SLAP! from KingRex?

    Lasareath

  • I did see the SLAP!. I think I'd have someone "slap" me if I ever paid $450 for a $35 battery. That's all it is. I'd take the Pepsi challenge and compare my $45 set up against their $450 setup. Something doesn't sit right with me about it.
