Top 5 reasons not to become a cleric in maplestory

1)they are overrated

2)they have no hp

3)their damage sucks, especially compared to a hero or marksman

4)after BB patch, the "genesis" skill now officially sucks

5)they suck hard

But if you STILL want to be some kind of mage, i recommend a battle mage since they are they are BEAST and also the best of the magician class

But I personally think Marksman is the best class :D

lol many think clerics are a tool to be used ... HAHA nooo silly noobs ! clerics use YOU as a tool ... we just have the luxury of sitting back pressing heal and collecting the odd mp pot whilst you get the exp for us !

not to mention we get exp for healing YOU !

five reasons why i became a I/L mage:

1) u can ks people (like bishops)

2)u dont need mp pots b/c of mp eator

3)teleportation helps u get to places faster(like bishop and other mages)

4)cool/sparkely moves @0@

5)u can freeze stuff

but all other mages are pretty much the same -,-

4) priests get shining ray and holy symbol, dragon etc

for #2, all 2nd job wizard have mp eater. which means clerics dont need mp or hp pots
