I read a little bit of that book that came out recently called "Who Killed Bobby?" and I believe that Sirhan Sirhan did not killed Robert Kennedy. How do I know? Two things: I am looking at the photo of him on the right of this-and I see a man who got set up by the U.S. government to take the fall (a la Oswald and Osama) while the killer got away scott free. And that leads to fact #2: The real killer was the lady in the polkadot dress ("WE SHOT KENNEDY!" she screamed). Who was she?

The Pruszynski recording clearly shows there were two gunmen firing inside the Ambassador Hotel kitchen pantry. RFK's real killer (Thane Eugene Cesar) shot the Senator from behind while Sirhan was creating a distraction from the front. Love this documentary. Everybody be sure to watch this whole thing.

You don't have to be "for" the shooting victim to conduct a responsible investigation of the shooting. But I take your point. Gates and the LAPD were not interested in a responsible probe. They wanted a Sirhan-Alone-Did-This conviction, expecting Sirhan would get the death penalty and the matter would be over. To their surprise, the Calif. Supreme Court did away with the death penalty in 1972 and Sirhan survives to this day. Ironically, Sam Yorty died on June 5, 1998 and Reagan on June 5, 2004.

I truly admire Mr. Lynn "Buck" Compton, but when the ME states that the shots entered the rear of RFK's body and there are more than 8 bullets, it's pretty obvious that something isn't right. The way that RFK fell on the floor further indicates that he did not turn his back towards Sirhan during the shooting. Additionally, all witnesses say that Sirhan was at least 6 ft away, while the ME found powder burns indicating that the fatal shot was fired from 0-2 ft away from RFK's head.

Sirhan Sirhan's room, 696 East Howard, Pasadena, police found among other things a scribbled note which read RFK must die.

Quotes from his diary as follows:

RFK, must be assassinated before June 5,1968

My determination to eliminate RFK is becoming more of a unshakeable obsession.He must be sacrificed for the cause of the poor exploited people.

Whether or not Sirhan freely wrote those words in the diary has no effect whatsoever on the Pruszynski recording. The recording exists. It's real. And it reveals two guns being fired in the kitchen pantry (which means a second person, in addition to Sirhan, also fired a gun since Sirhan carried only one firearm in the pantry). You can cite whatever you like, whether it be the diary or what-not, but you can't make the Pruszynski recording disappear. It exists. And it reveals what it reveals.

3 CIA agents were caught on tape at the scene that night. One of them was a well known CIA assassin named David Morales who was also involved in JFK's murder. Morales even bragged later that they "took care of" both of them.

Subcin: Some very good points, thanks. Not to be trivial but just to correct some things for the record. Cesar was not there as an RFK bodyguard but as an employee of a uniformed guard service hired by the hotel (thus his gray uniform was not a police uniform but one issued by the Ace guard service). Cesar did not ditch his gun but sold it in September 1968 (yes he later lied, falsely claiming to have sold it before the shooting). Cesar fired from no more than one or two inches from RFK's head.

The conspiracy in the RFK shooting is even more blatant than in JFK, except in this case, the shooter is obvious: a Cuban-American named THANE EUGENE CESAR, the so-called "bodyguard" who stood directly behind him, who ditched a gun exactly like Sirhan's a few days after the shooting (and then lied about it), who fired a bullet into RFK's brain from incches away, & who still lives to this day (allegedly somewhere in the Phillipines at the present time). It is an OUTRAGE that this man walks free!!

And dont forget the ironies of the fact that THANE EUGENE CESAR wore a police uniform when he fired a bullet into EXACTLY the same location as JFK's fatal head shot (and like the alleged grassy knoll assassin nicknamed "badgeman") and was a Cuban-American. How he's been allowed to skate from his obvious murder of the man who would have been president for FOUR full decades is just sickening to ponder.

No matter what, to dismiss the medical examiner's conclusion is the main problem. In all murder cases, the medical examiner has the final word.

You're absolutely right that both sides (prosecutors and defense lawyers) ignored the implications of Thomas Noguchi's RFK autopsy results. Those implications are the result of comparing Noguchi's findings with other evidence (most notably, eyewitness accounts concerning the true placement of Sirhan's gun). In this regard, the Pruszynski recording is important because it is first-ever stand-alone forensic evidence of a second gun, and therefore vindicates the implications of Noguchi's autopsy.

This program nails it. Sirhan fired only 8 shots but the Pruszynski tape shows more than 8 shots were fired in the RFK assassination, PROVING A SECOND GUN WAS FIRED IN THE ASSASSINATION. The Pruszynski tape also shows at least 2 shots were fired too closely together to have come from the same gun, AGAIN PROVING A SECOND GUN WAS FIRED. Sirhan had only one gun and no ability to reload it, PROVING THE SECOND GUN WAS FIRED NOT BY SIRHAN BUT BY A SECOND GUNMAN HIDDEN SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THE PANTRY.
