At one point, yes, but only after a massive disinformation campaign got the low-info mouth breathing American public to see a false relationship between 9/11 and Saddam Hussein. A lie that continues to resonate to this day. THIS is why they are telling "Stupid American" jokes in Poland these days.

I disagree with the entire premise of your question, but since it's youtube, I'll just say, "Show us your boobs!"

And that most people would choose to correct a mistake than flounder in it. Besides, Bush is everyone's Get Out of Jail Free Card. The scapegoat that keeps on giving. Just blame the idiot President, and nobody has to really own up to a mistake. Ask Hillary, she knows the deal.
