i apologize for what a said , he doesn't really sucks. I just meant that he is not a genuis, and as much as i'm concerned, it's a litte bit prentetious to post videos when you play like lots of other child of his age, even younger(he's obvisouly wiating for compliments). All the man who said to him that he had a gift are persons who needed to tell someone that he's good to feel useful.
He's not a genius ofcourse. Mozart was a genius. Albert Ammons was a genius. They invented instead of copied. But I must admit that for his age, this little man plays incredibly good. I've seen people play that had more experience and still had more errors, but this song (and all the rest) is just perfect boogie woogie playing... No way around that, and he should get recognition for this talent :)
Hello Lightman, apologies accepted. I don't think posting videos on YouTube is pretentious. Luca clearly tells us he got this tune from a book by Chr. Willisohn. In fact, thanks to him I got this book myself and I can really recommend it to anyone who can read notes and wants to play great sounding boogie woogie. It comes with a CD so you can hear what you should strive for. Thanks, Luca, for posting this and yes, I think you're doing great for someone your age!
That's just that this boy don't have any gift, he's juste playing boogie like millions little child that taked piano lessons for a few years... (ps sorry for my bad english im french :)
@lightman94: It seems that the remaining millions of lille kids still haven't uploaded their "just as good" performances... so until then - noone will believe you, sorry
NICE kid. You've got the touch I could only hope for and Ive been playing 13 years, classical / modern though :( I love this kind of piano. Keep it up man.
Listening to playlist of Luca's music in the background helps me get thru my workday with a smile on my face. My kinda music!
