You need your Hand-to-hand skill set to 1 million. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be possible via the potion bug, since AFAIK there doesn't seem to be a Potion of Hand-to-hand.

That means you'll have to use the cheat mode. The command is something like:

sethandtohand 1000000

...I can't remember the syntax exactly because I've been playing Oblivion more than Morrowind lately, but I'm sure you can look it up.

IIRC the only mods I used on Morrowind were new textures. But to answer your question, I don't think you can - you'll almost certainly need the Windows version for that.

@rossi1234511 There is a way to get your hand to hand that high on the X-box. It's kind of complicated, though. Either find a weapon with fortify hand-to-hand, which I don't think exists, or make one. To get the fortify skill spell option, you either have to have GOTY and buy it from spell merchants in Mournhould, Royal Palace, or Solthsiem, or complete the Sanguine Item's quest only if you do not have the GOTY edition. Then take the enchanted weapon and hold A, L &R to get an infinite bonus.

@rossi1234511 (I didn't have enough room) To clarify, equip the weapon enchanted with a hand-to-hand constant effect bonus, which you need a golden saint soul for, and hold A, L & R. Every time the weapon equip sound activates, you get the constant effect permanently. This works on any constant effect weapon. If you have trouble with the timing, just drop all your weapons except the one you are using to "boost."

This character was created to muck around with the cheat modes for fun, so I set his attributes manually on the system console. Stats are: Strength: 50000 Intel: 10000 Agility: 50000 Speed: 150 Athletics: 150 Acrobatics: 150 Axe, blunt, long and shortblade: 50000 Sneak: 500 Marksman: 10000 Hand-to-hand: 1 million Bounty: 1150 (is that all?) ...the rest is pretty normal.

I simply used the console.  Dagoth was made as a throwaway character for larking around. I would not recommend cheating if you actually want to play the game properly, it kind of defeats the purpose of it...

True, though in this instance it was done by cheating. My 'Dagoth Ur' character as used in this video was created for the sole purpose of messing around with the cheats and not as a sensible attempt at completing the game.

I remember when I beat this with my Khajiit character I killed the heart the way they tell you to then afterwards I was reading a note or something that I had but hadn't read that they shouldn't tell me that if I did something to the heart, rather than what they tell you to that I could become a god or godlike or something... I had already saved over (stupid me) and I never got around to doing it a second time to try it. Did you ever read this note and do it? If so what happens?

Well, it's more the case that this particular character is loaded up with cheats as an experiment/jape.

I remember finishing Morrowind as my orc knight - I was sick of the in-game music and so put the Lord of the Rings soundtrack on.

I finally fought Dagoth Ur in Red Mountain, knocked him into the lava and just as I began to destroy the heart of the gargantuan creation that was going to serve as a dark god of Tamriel... "The End of All Things" was playing. It was absolutely magical, the music fit perfectly! :)

It is actually in the credits at the end of the video. But to reiterate, the song is "The next, a pig on fire" by DOUG the Eagle (who is me). The album was supposed to be released on Jamendo by now, but there's been a hickup with the mastering firm I chose. If it drags out much longer with no results, I'll have to find someone else to do the mastering.

Thanks. The song is actually called "Three Little Pigs, part 4 - The next, a pig on fire" (see credits at end).

This version of the song was a test mix, the final version will be slightly shorter and will probably have to have the sample replaced with a re-recorded one.

If you look in my videos, the "tape loops" one shows the ending of the song being assembled.
