I also have retinopothy and right eye removed diabetic 36 years pump treated 2 yesars. Lost driving licence due to diabetes laser treatment defect field even though i can see very well with remaining eye, able to read no plate at legal distance fighting dvla but no joy. lost everything financially ruined and lost business.So diabetes is a very degrading illness. Lost independance, awaiting kidney transplant or dialysis. Gr8 to hear from any1 in same situ.cheers

can you tell me what exactly do you feel or what changes you were facing in your vision that made you suspicious about retinopathy?

@mananmananful . I'm not the person in the video, but if it helps, I had no changes in vision but was diagnosed after an exam.
