Sorry but ... that's NOT the prison break crane. Compare this one to the one Scofield makes. The tail is different and the wings nothing like the ones you made. As cool as the crane you did is ... it's not the one from prison break.

I never said it was; it's the traditional crane. The one from Prison Break is more like a Duck or a Swan anyway.

(to strangerplaces, try looking at other videos. This is the second one I've had to watch. In other videos, you get different shots of different folds, and this one was a little difficult to see since the paper was white.)

How the FUCK do you get the square shown at the 1:35 point!? I've been trying to figure this shit out for fucking ever!

To get the square you collapse the paper along the folds you've already made. Look around 1:20. One of the diagonal folds (from croner to corner) becomes a valley, and all folds from edge to edge become hills.

If you create sharp creases from the folds up to that point the paper should take that shape naturally. Try not to force it.
