Believe it or not, back in the day, the WWF and WCW regularly featured matches where the wrestlers' trunks were wedgied during the course of the match, and no one seemed to be bothered by seeing the guy's ass for most of the match. Today, there's the occasional pulling down of the opponent's trunks, and it almost always seems to be planned-- pretty juvenile when compared to what was allowed on TV in the 80's & 90's.
but I also remember the days of Billy Gunn and his infamous crowd mooning, and that was almost always blurred/censored the minute he turned his back whether trunks were on or not
