I live with a physical disability (wear a leg brace on my left leg) and this made me so self-conscious to an extent that my self-esteem took a nose-dive over the years. I was bitter and full of self-pity. However, listening to your videos has made me realize that despite my disability, I have many positive attributes that can make my life worth living meaningfully. lol saturated and trans fatty acid containing foods, as well as foods high in sugar, taste nice. Healthy stuff like veggies and fruits hardly ever contain saturated and trans fats(they might contain low sugar, however not like if you were eating a pack of harribos or popcorn); hence the idea that unhealthy foods are treats; mainly because of the taste and the fact that the sugar releases serotonin that makes one happy.
