Took me long enough to find out. If you're still interested, you hold action and press forward twice, holding the last press.

I've been fond of the Gen version, but I'm not sure if the SNES is the best, since I haven't found the PC game with audio.

I've played this game before on PC, and it was really fun. I donn't know why Disney didn't bother making new video game ideas. Maui Mallard looked like a very proming game to become a series. Thanks for posting.
