Bruschetta is lovely. As for the previous comment about starting with the ingredients already cut up, I have to disagree. This is a genuine reflection of how easy and how long it takes to prepare, if the ingredients were already cut up then it would only be a video of the chef placing the ingredients on the bread! Plus, people may pick up on some helpful chopping techniques, I know I did with regards to his onion chopping. :)
