Why have those springs there when they don't do anything? Someone reply please!

You can adjust the tension of the springs by tightening or loosening the nut at the bottom! :)
what does that do? i got a cruiser the other day and it has springs too!

we released the Kula Cruiser in 2008? was there another company that made a Kula Cruiser in the 80s?
