I was being facetious. It has been edited, the speeding up IS the edit. However it is a very minor one.

Perhaps if the OP had written "My Speeded-Up Doctor Who Theme", people would not think this vid was a waste of time, and indeed, server space. Its vids like this that clog-up youtube with pap. Almost as bad as "OFFICIAL (insert band/singer name here) Video", which merely turns out to be some hastily cut and pasted anime clips featuring some awful pop-rock/metal music over the top.

I could say the same about you - it's good that you too have an opinion. No need for the sarcasm, two views are needed for an argument, and they both count.

I'm also sure that a great many other people LIKED this theme. In fact, -contrary to your statement- the number of people posting that this vid is a 'travesty' are very few. While the number of comments saying this is good are rather high. I'm just saying that this isn't as bad as you so desperately want it to be.

95% of Youtube is piled with useless videos. Even fan vids aren't necessary and take up space, previews for programmes aren't needed as they can be seen on the Television with patience. You can see my point here.

Ok i've found a way this COULD be used on the opening titles(I'll used what we know of series five for this). 00:30 - David Tennant's name, 00:35 - Alex Kingston's name, 00:40 - Doctor Who logo, 00:45 - (Episode title) By Steven Moffat. 00:57 - end. Little longer than the current titles but it would work nicely nethertheless.

This is actually very good. Most of the theme "remix" vids i've seen are quite poor, but this is the best i've seen. It sounds like a nice combo of the classic and new series theme.
