    A deeper squat does NOT mean a bigger ass - that is a lie. Someone should sue these people for encouraging people to permanently damage their knees.

  • @Inahewoof Try keeping your feet flat but pushing down on the backs of your feet and heals and not on your toes. Also, DO NOT let your hips go lower than your knees when you go down - this video is incorrect and can cause permanent knee damage.

  • @KiSan1228 Generally physicians tell you that if you are pregnant then you can continue to do the exercises you normally do in your routine until pretty late into your pregnancy but do not start to do new exercises whilst you are pregnant.

  • @theskysthelimit135 when i was a figure skater I always had a bubble butt, even though I was a lot thinner. when i quit and kind of stopped working out all together, I lost my booty even though I'm ten pounds heavier... so no, it doesn't have anything to do with weight.

  • Use the appropriet weight for you. If you've never done squats before you can start by doing this at home with no weight but eventually that will be to easy and than you should add some weights on. I'm guessing that Beyoncé and J-Lo can probably squat 160 pounds and a good goal for girls is to squat 125 pounds 8 reps and then you can get a but like Beyoncé.

  • @lollypop7266 Don't do any exercise 6 to 7 times a week. You should never do the same exercise two days in a row. You have to let your muscle recover at least a day inbetween otherwise you won't see any progress. Two days recovery is even better. I would recommend doing the same exercise only twice a week. - three times at most.

  • @ezziegirl1994 Yes it can be so be careful. NEVER let your hips go below your knees and keep your back straight and that should reduce the chance of injury.

  • Yes I do use a bar with two 10lb weights its not the long bar like in the video its like one of the bench press bars and i just hold it down above my knees then do the squats. I am starting to see my but getting shaped up I dont really have a flat but just want it toned. Many thanks im beginning to see some results.

  • @bakisi50 I would recommend a "Spinning" class. It's hard work but would tone up the whole of your lower body and abs. If you get the instructor to help you set up your bike correctly for your height at the start of the first few classes and remember to push down with your heals and not your toes when you are pedaling then you will be fine. Spinning class is not hard on the knees - I did it for 4 times a week for 5 years and it never bothered my bad knee. Good luck !

  • @inshape4u seeing good results takes a long time and it's not something you can do in a matter of weeks but if you do squats 2 times a week you're butt will look better and better with each day! But it takes about 8 months to get an amazing butt.

    1-2 times a week. I reccomend either a 5x5 or a 3x 8 routine. The weights used should be heavy enough where you are struggling to finish your last reps. If you can do them four times a week, and are recovering, you are using weights that are too light.

  • @quena1 I did the same thing. I put heavy books in my bookback and strapped it on my back. Yes it does work as long as you stick to the same technique and make sure the backpack does not slip to one side.
