Started my paint pony off with a buck to focus on. Once he got the idea of lifting on the bucket,we removed the buck, and am now practicing with touching his shoulder and clicking softly, so we can transition that to under saddle with a soft touch of the shoulder and a click, and/or a pull of the lead rope. Great idea with the fence! I used my round pen ;)
