i had the exact same problem. all you need to do is turn of all the electronics and grab the servo and push it up and down and if it isnt smooth or only moves a tiny bit u need to buy a brand new servo but u dont need ote expensive just sumit cheap will work fine.
i think that it might be the servos being burnt out or a loose wire inside the servo casing you may need to get new ones but if u have an extra hook that one up and see how it does
Like Dragonheli1956 said itis quite hard by watching the vid . Maybe a hover could help us all out to help you . 1st thingI saw was your Tx is in HH mode. 2nd yr swash looks a little off central . My only sugestion would be to remove all servo horns and then power up . Then replace them at 90 degrees .Hope it was of some help. Let me know.

if your look on your servo the 3 outermost holes on the controll arm, you should put it on the center hole or the upper hole and that might fix it

Hard to understand your problem by watching your video. How does it behave when hovering?
Servos and swashplate seem to move allright!?

It just doesn't seem to respond well when i tell it to go forward or backward. even when I move the stick all the way it still barely is effective.
