I never connected this music to the Time Castle music from Persona 2 Eternal Punishment. There was something extremely wrong with that Count who ran the Time Castle. He knew of "This Side" and "The Other Side" and knew about rumors becoming reality which always led me to believe that the Count wasn't human and was possibly a demon or something else. Even towards the end of the game, Tatsuya says something about him.

Maybe he helps out Philemon my watching over the flow of time and making sure it isn't disrupted by the antagonists. Just a guess.

I don't think so. Someone once said they thought that the Count was really the last boss, Nyarlathotep in a different form, and now I'm almost positive that guy was right. I'm playing Persona 2 EP right now, and I'm at the last part of the game and the thing the count says makes me believe that he is Nyarlathotep. I'm not 100% sure that he is, but I'm almost postive.

No, I've never played Innocent Sin. When I get the money, I'm going to download the translated game version onto a disc or if I can find a way, onto my PSP and then I'll play it. Of course, I need alot of money for it.

To play ps1(psx) games on PC (no paying):

-download psxfin: psxemulator(.)gazaxian(.)com

-download scph 1001.bin

-download 7zip (and d3dx9_26.dll if a window pops up when starting psxfin and tells you to do so,then copy paste it in system32 file)

-go to emuparadise , it has every single ps1 game(among other consoles as well), and you don't need to pay anything.

-once downloaded the game, rightclick the .rar file -> 7zip -> Extract file

you'll get a .iso file and some other file(.cue .img etc)

With rumors you could register Spell cards used to teach Personae certain skills, and buy the ones you registered. Thing is, that was hella expensive, but well worth it.

oh? I will keep that in mind. I could use some good magic attacks for my personea. Magic i find isnt as useful in persona 2 as it was in persona 1 and 3

Fusion spells are very effective. The only drawback is your enemies usually get a couple turns in, but they can do a lot of damage if used properly. (The first character or first two characters have to wait when they ready a Fusion Spell)

As a matter of fact, Persona 2 practically ENCOURAGES you to finish the battle with a Fusion Spell. There's a solid chance your Personae involved in the Fusion will "mutate", gaining boosts to stats (making even the lowest level ones useful) learn hidden spells, even change into other Personae of the Minor Arcana.
