Honestly bro with only 225lbs if worse came to worse I'd just lay it on my stomach. (which I've had to do only once in my life when I was like 22.)
I only use a spotter if I put 315 or more on it.
After 17 years of lifting you get a pretty good feel for when you are at that "final rep".
I probably could of squeezed out 1 more of 225 here in this video but I try to avoid my "true max" as it's generally not worth the shock on your Central Nervous System. (ie...takes too long to recover)

somehow i dont see the guy in the camera being able to help you out if its gunna drop on your throught...
